+ 1 moreTanya was a joy to work with. The entire job spanned multiple weeks, and Tanya guided us every step of the way. Her organizational skills were flawless. Her colors and materials recommendations were excellent. Furthermore, Tanya's chosen contractors were top notch and friendly (special thanks to Cory and Eric for all their excellent work on the tile flooring and electric). Tanya even rolled-up her sleeves, and did all the lower and upper level painting herself! Overall, the job flowed seamlessly, and we’re thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: We did a complete redesign of our home's lower level. Tile floors were installed in our foyer, bathroom, and kitchen (replacing vinyl flooring). New recessed lighting, along with two ceiling lights, were installed in the kitchen (including tape lights beneath cabinets). A new front hallway replacement ceiling light was also installed. Beautiful quartz countertops and subway tile backsplashes were installed in the kitchen. New wood flooring and a replacement ceiling fan was installed in family room. New wood flooring and linear lighting were installed in the dining room. New carpeting and a replacement ceiling fan was installed in living room/office area. New carpeting was also installed covering our staircase, second level hallway, and bedrooms. A new toilet, sink, and countertop surface were installed in the lower level bathroom. Repainted lower level, staircase, and entire second level. New front door exterior light and matching garage doors exterior lighting installed to replace old exterior lighting.

+ 3 moreTanya's time with us was effective and well worth the cost. She is cheerful and a good listener. She helped us rearrange our current furniture in our cramped living room. The space looks better and is much more comfortable. We actually enjoy our living room again! Then she helped us choose a paint color for the adjoining dining/kitchen area. In addition, Tanya gave us some quick, useful advice on furniture placement in our three small bedrooms. Afterward she set up a Pinterest board so that we can communicate about future furniture purchases. Since her visit, we have finished painting and the color is just right. We notice on Tanya's website that she does staging and remodeling advice. If we need those services in the future we would be pleased to have her return to give us more help.
Description of Work: We invited Tanya to our home for a 2 hour consultation to address our issues with furniture placement, choosing new living room furniture. We also needed a paint color choice for the dining room/ kitchen which is an adjoining space open to the living room.

Description of Work: Tonya selected great paint colors for several room, coordinated drywall repair and painting services and bathroom two and tile glazing services. She selected the perfect comfortable pillows for master bedroom and staged the house in preparation to sell it.
