deck cleaning
+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job! He was on time, professional and was very pleasant to work with. He removed all the boards and replaced them with new, sanded, stained and replaced the steps as well. I would highly recommend him to others.

roof snow removal
+ -1 moreWe called Dan to help with snow removal prior to the selling/closing of a house. The day before the closing we had significant amount of snow. We called quite a few snow removal services and had to leave messages, hoping to get a call back. Dan answered right away and was great. He emailed back a quote and had his crew go out to the house after the snowfall. Later in the day he emailed back to let us know that the sidewalk and drive way had already been done. There was no charge to us. Dan was very professional and very responsive. Even though we didn't actually need his services, I appreciate that he got back to us right away and was willing to do the job. Never did find out who cleared the snow - nice neighbor or maybe Santa's elves!
