Description of Work: Installation of irrigation system. The technology was fantastic! System coordinates with a satellite, helping to avoid unnecessary water usage. Watering nozzles are designed in a circular motion that cut off water to prevent getting water to near the foundation or watering sidewalks or driveways. A very smart system!

Description of Work: Met with landscaper December 1 2011, who said that he would write up a plan and send to me soon. Allowed for the holidays, but by MARCH 2012, called his # and left message. No reply, left several messages during the next approx. month. Finally, possibly in April, I asked for the manager. I was informed that the person with whom I had been working was no longer with the company and that no one was checking his voice messages -and obviously not continuing to provide service to his customers! I was told that it would be quite a while before someone could start from scratch and visit again as they did not have any records that he had made. They were also too booked up to send anyone out in the near future. I mentioned Angie's list and I soon thereafter did get an appointment. The gentleman who came was very nice and professional. he told me that the work could not be performed until JULY, I explained that this was not my fault, having contacted them DEC. 1. He stated that all of their customers even continuing ones were delayed due to crew layoffs. I received the estimate and plan in May 2012. by then, I had obtained another service which was able to perform the work shortly thereafter.

Description of Work: They maintain our lawn irrigation system.

Description of Work: I use The Bruce Co fifteen years ago to landscape my whole yard. I called them for a bid after that, but their price was so high that I did not use them.
