Description of Work: John Stoppleworth fixed a burst pipe in my bathroom. He did a good job. He was 20 min. late however added the 20 min to his labor costs. When I pointed this out to him he quickly deducted the amt. AND also honored the $25 Angies List discount. I always pay attn to the time when I hire a repairman. The owner of a local electrical co. charged me for 21/2 hrs of labor to put in one outlet.

Description of Work: I called Stoppleworth Plumbing this morning because of a non function Air Massage Kohler Tub. They made an appointment if I would need it, but asked first if we could go over what we had tried to start it running again. Went through some of the different methods of re-starting. One was checking our electrical breaker box, did the plug have power and finally replugging it into the 2nd part of the plug. Bingo! we had a non functioning half of an outlet and now our tub works because it's plugged in to the part that works. Cost me nothing (yes, I'll need an electrician) but no trips here, no money spent. Very nice folks!

Description of Work: A plumber from Stoppleworth came out and resealed my toilet. He was able to come out within an hour of my call and finished the job in less than an hour. The charge came to $90.79 after the $25 Angie's List coupon. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Description of Work: One of our toilets was repeatedly getting clogged. We thought we were in for a complete replacement. It was suggested that the problem was really due to a worn out flapper. After snaking to make sure there was no obstruction, we got a new flapper - problem solved at a fraction of what we were expecting!

Description of Work: I called Stoppleworth's late on a Friday afternoon. Since this leak was not an emergency, the plumber came out early the following Monday afternoon. He explained in detail why I had the leak and how he was going to fix it. He also gave me the $25.00 off for using Angie's List . He was very professional and polite and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Description of Work: He replaced faucets in a bathroom. He had to come first to assess the problem, and then again to bring and install what I had ordered. Both times very promptly. He was clean, and neat about his work, and he left the bathroom as he had found it.

Description of Work: Stoppleworth was really easy to work with. Responsive via phone, and quick to fit us in. They hooked up an ice maker and fixed a bathroom drain. they had no issues using parts I had bought, and when it turned out I had the wrong part, they ordered the right one and had it the next day. Price was good, I was especially impressed by how fast they were, and how they kept detailed track of time spent/billed, down to the minute.
