They had advertised that they do the usual plumbing stuff and they do water softeners. I wanted them to repair my water softener but they said they don't repair them; they just install them so he didn't charge me for that. Most of the bill was just the charge for showing up. The service was good aside from not being able to fix the water softener. The price was what I expected but I haven?t used a plumber in a long time. He came when he said he would and he showed up on time. He answered my questions.

The plumber arrived on time and did a very careful and professional job of installing both toilets. Very pleased.

My water bill had been increasing over time even when I bought a high efficiency washer. I called the city about this. They then told me about a "silent leak." I called Stoppleworth and they were able to come out right away. I only feel remorse because I did not have this done sooner.

They sent a master plumber to do the work and he was extremely professional and explained stuff very well about what he was doing. He did an outstanding job and he was really neat and I was very pleased.

WE spoke to them on the phone 5 days before the service call about these non-emergency repairs. They guided us to the appropriate web pages of the suppliers and advised us so that we were certain about the specific models and appearance of the fixtures we would be getting. They gave us an estimate including parts and labor which we approved. They then ordered the parts, called us back to set the date to install them and followed through in a thoroughly professional manner with good workmanship and no unexpected messes. The final bill was a little bit less than the estimate. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Plumber was on time. I showed him the existing water line. The existing line was copper so the plumber suggested replacing it with a new flexible line. I had been considering this in advance of his arrival and was glad to hear the suggestion. He worked quickly and carefully and let me know in advance what work he would be doing. It was not a difficult job but I appreciated his speed. He even started to wipe up some dirt marks left by the wheels of the fridge which certainly wasn't his responsibility. Just another sign of someone who took pride in their work and who wanted me to look at the new fridge put fully into place and be happy. I'm a new homeowner and this is the first time we had to call a plumber for anything. I was very pleased with my experience.

This was a large kitchen remodel with several subcontractors under a general contractor Steve Marx. Everything went very well. Stoppleworth did an excellent job. The contractors were on time, professional, friendly and respectful. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. They performed the work fast and cleaned up after doing the work. The overall job was excellent. I could not have been happier.I was not happy with the new BOSCH dishwasher I purchased so I returned it. The new dishwaser needed to be installed and the BOSH dishwasher needed to be disconnected. Instead of using the store's plumbing service which was charging me $140.00 I opted to go with who I knew and liked, Stoppleworth. I was able to set up an appointment right away and I don't anticipate any problems. I will use Stoppleworth for future plumbing needs. The cost of the orginial service was included in my remodel bill so I can't give a cost. The amount for the disconnection.installation of the dishwasher I am told will be between $100-$150 for approximately 1 1/2 hours of work. The same I was being charged by the other plumbing company

Stoppleworth came out and replaced a sump pump and exterior faucet. They gave an over the phone estimate and were very clear about what they thought would be needed. They encouraged me to provide my own parts (which I got much cheaper on the internet (same ones). They were on time, answered my questions, and were professional. No surprises on price or services. Very easy to work with.

they showed up when they said they would and returned quickly when I had a problem (I caused the problem, not them).

They did a super job. We called them and they came out the same day to replace the hot water heater. They were very helpful to resolve our need right away. We had no problems with them at all.
