Austin was friendly, understanding, flexible, and reassuring on the phone. He worked around our schedule and communicated clearly. It was not an easy job because the parameters kept changing regarding how much we'd be able to clear the place out before they got there. In addition to the move-out cleaning job, they helped to haul remaining furniture to the curb and remaining trash to the trash chute. They even helped load my car with the last giveaways. Of course they charged for the extra time but it was reasonable and they did a great job with a positive hardworking attitude throughout. I was utterly stressed out, being the last sibling in town to deal with the wrap-up, and the Skyline staff made this so much easier for me. I hugely appreciate them!

great I really like clean carpet

Austin came out and provided a quote and explained the process they use. While I originally thought the quote came back very high, Austin explained their process and I was assured that it was a good value. I had 2 large bedrooms and stairs done. The previous owner had a dog and cat, and their was a bit of a pet smell before the carpet cleaning. Afterwards, there was no smell. He had use a pet-specific cleaner. I did not have any stains on teh carpet to start with, so can't review if they do well at removing stains. Overall, they were very good.and I would use them again. For house cleaning, they were fast and efficient. Everything sparkled and looked good.

They do a fairly good job.

I was never there at work to see the cleaning crew that cleaned our building, but when I came into work the next day everything was clean and tidy. They did a good job and I know they were competitively priced.

We called Skyline three times to ask them to visit for an estimate. They never answered the phone, even during business hours, and never returned the messages we left. We found somebody else.
