First Rick S. is a very personable fellow. He has helped me out several times and I will call him again when I next need a plumber. He responds to my calls within a day, or a few hours even. He comes out quickly- right away if I can't use my water or at a scheduled appt if it can wait a few days. He took care of my septic problem, fishing out a couple of items, within an hour. I'm very happy to have been referred to him.

I have had Rick Schulz to my home for plumbing services many times over the past couple of years. I refer to him as my magic plumber. He has been very prompt, even showing up within about 20 minutes the last time the alarm on my septic went off. He is courteous, polite and professional. He returns calls quite quickly. Everything he has done has solved my problems, except for the toilet flushing. I suspect that I may have a blockage or other problem in my sewer line that is the true problem here. He's been away for a couple of weeks, but I expect to hear from him soon about this. Also, we are in discussions about issues with my tankless water heater. I think it may need to be replaced, but we will see. He has usually charged me $90. for a service call, but if he is here a longer period of time (not sure what the cut-off is) then he charges more, at what I presume is an hourly rate. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's just a great guy and excellent plumber.

It went extremely well. He was very prompt. One time over a weekend he showed up in about 20 minutes to help with my waste pump. He was always on time. His pricing was reasonable- $90 for a service call- more if he spent a good deal of time on whatever project. I don't know for sure how to define the professionalism. He didn't show up in a freshly ironed uniform or anything like that, but he was polite and well spoken. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing for me. And he seemed like a nice man who cared about his clients. My only problem with him now is that it seems like he has dropped off the face of the earth. He is not responding to my calls or my emails. I want to replace my old tankless water heater that sometimes just stops supplying warm water in the middle of a shower. I don't understand it. We never had any arguements or any reason that I know of for him to be avoiding me. Maybe he's sick?, but I would think someone would be returning calls to customers. Anyway, I'm now on to a new plumber and I feel bad about it. Guess that's life. If you can reach him, I'd recommend him.

I am back using my kitchen faucet as usual. Very happy.

Great to work with. Inexpensive. Came very quickly when I needed a short turnaround. Would definitely call Rick back.
