Description of Work: Ryan had both replaced a roof for us in 2011 and siding in 2014. In both occasions we were extremely please with the work from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Ryan Shaw personally came and replaced the seal around our Palladian window that had just begun leaking. Originally I thought the entire window needed to be replaced, but Ryan did a careful assessment and offered a much lower cost option.

Description of Work: Our house looks great now thanks to Ralston! Some of the siding on the front of our house had come loose and we lost some pieces from high winds. They refastened the siding and replaced the lost pieces. Since the siding was quite old, two pieces from the side of the house were moved to the front and the new pieces were used on the side so it was not an obvious patch job. They also fixed the trim around our garage which had not been installed correctly originally. They did great work and Ryan was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and then followed up after to let me know what ended up being done. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came over to look at my vinyl siding and the caulking around my windows. Very helpful with what to do and NOT to do. Individual was very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: We has new siding and a roof installed tow years ago. Both have stood the test of time. We were very pleased with Ryan and the crew. Any issue that arose was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: I only got an estimate for siding, but ultimately went with another company for the job. HOWEVER they were my next choice. I got 6 bids and the bids all came in pretty close in price, with one a couple thousand less than all the others and another a couple thousand more. Ralston came in that middle range. They were super professional as compared to a couple other companies bidding on job, did their own work (as opposed to sub-contracting), and showed up on time. Estimate was fast. I would recommend them because their price is fair and they seem very professional.

Description of Work: Hail damage siding replacement. got about 8 estimates. His price was one of the best, he did NOT try to sell me things I didnt' want (versus some others), and his two guys showed up at 8 am every day to work (father and son team of subcontractor), did an excellent job. A couple minor tweaks needed at end, he and his crew took care of them. No hassle, communicates well, professional, and the subcontractors were nice guys, did a very good job. Use this guy and his people. I would again in a second.

Description of Work: They removed 2 layers of shingles, and replaced it with architectural shingles. We also had 6 feet of Ice Shielding on the edges. Vents were replace with ridge vents. The work was performed on schedule and the crew was friendly. We felt they were very professional and would recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: We had hail damage repair with complete replacement of roof , and removal of old aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. Contractor Ryan Shaw met with us promptly when we called for an estimate (we had already received 2 from other companies). Ryan was very professional and knowledgable, not to mention very patient with our many questions and concerns. He told us exactly why something was recommended or not, which made us feel comfortable in our choices. The prices were the same or less than our other 2 quotes. Price above also includes replacement of Gutter Guard. Work was done as promised and in a very orderly fashion. The roof/house was not exposed to the elements during the project as areas were completed one at a time. The work crews were friendly, polite and accomodating and clearly knew what they were doing. Ryan kept us informed of the work schedule so we were aware of what was happening. We would definitely recommend Ralston Exteriors to others.

Description of Work: Removed existing aluminum siding. Installed 1" rigid foam insulation and new vinyl siding. Came up with creative solution to install insulation and siding over masonry wall on back elevation of house. Also installed new aluminum gutters.
