I must say that David does quality work -when he works. I signed a contract in February for painting to start in May. From the beginning, there were delays, He would show up for a few hours on Monday, and then not again until Friday. He lost his insurance for several days, he lost 1/2 his crew - so now he only had one full time painter, plus himself. The job took 8 weeks to complete-and details he promised and paid for where never completed. Then he submits a bill for over $2000 extra. During our entire process, I would sit down with him and ask where we were with the bill. When he submitted the new bill, I asked him repeatedly to contact me, and tell me how he came to the new figure. Each time he made an appointment to meet, he didn't show up. He then sends me a nasty text message, saying how nasty I was to work for, how I abused his workers, how he wasn't going to finish my job , and I owed him money. His final check had been sent to him 7 days prior. He had not checked his mailbox. I never received an apology Beware. He says he can do all the things you need done, but does not follow through
