Pinnacle is an excellent company to work with--from the initial design, where he really listened to what I had in mind and came back with the best design out of four, and his more reasonable prices than his competitors, to the actual work. Each year I have them come back and mulch my gardens (10 yards of mulch) and replant from winter kill. It's my favorite day of the year.
Description of Work: Total front and back yard landscaping. Included retaining walls, tree stump removal, decorative fencing, stone walkways, designing and planting flower gardens and bushes, and mulching.

Description of Work: They were paid half before starting the job, then the rest when almost complete. They stopped working before job was complete, but said they would come back and finish job when weather got better. They contacted me about finishing another portion of the job, but wanted more money than agreed upon. When I told them I would get someone else they refused to finish portion already paid for till I threatened legal action at which time they returned for about 20 minutes and said the job was complete. I hired another company to finish their mess.

Description of Work: Rich was great to deal with from start to finish. He and his staff were professional and hard working. We were very satisfied with the results and will call him again for any future landscaping projects.
