Description of Work: Tried to help us problem solve. We just didn't see the switch that was tripped.

Description of Work: Asked for a quote on additional services and said they would get back to me. They never returned a quote to me after more than two weeks. Called again to ask if they had a quote for me and said they would look into it. Never got a response.

Description of Work: Instead of telling me they were too busy to do my job, they kept extending out the estimated start of work. After a few months, I hired another company and did not hear from Parks.

Description of Work: They were able to make sense of my complicated AV system installed by the previous owner and also gave me some excellent advice as to changing out the lighting in the house.

Description of Work: Parks electrical, espeically Steve, was incredibly flexible when it came to providing estiamtes and getting into the house to perform the work. He worked around our busy work schedule. He kept his word and made sure to keep in constant contact with us as the home owners. He took the time to explain exactly what it was he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how the work would be completed. It has been a pleasure working with Park electric.

Description of Work: The service provided needed to be reworked because the switch to turn on the new porch light was not place at the door going out onto the porch. The ceiling fans were installed without installing a backup switch to the remote (the fans were designed to work off either or both). These details were discussed with the owner prior to start of the job however the hired employee that did the work did not have a clear understanding. They were belligerent and unprofessional when asked to correct the job and ultimately I needed to hie another electrician to finish the work to my satisfaction insuring that both the remote and wall panel switch worked properly.
