Keith was very responsive to my emails - and there were lots of them. I guess I was a little compulsive about peppering him with questions but he patiently hung in there and answered them all. The carpet was installed later in the day which worked out well with my schedule. Keith did an amazing job and the carpet looks beautiful. It was a challenging install because it's an old house and all the steps were different sizes. Keith did a wonderful job. Keith was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

The carpet had been installed a few months prior by a Home Depot contracting service, and when our puppy ripped up a small chunk of it, we called Home Depot to see if they offered any repair services. Since they did not, and neither my fiancand eacute; nor I felt comfortable doing the repair ourselves, we found ourselves searching on Angie's List and came across Keith. He did an amazing job patching up the carpet, and even took the time to re-do the patch when he wasn't completely satisfied with the way it looked after his initial fix. He was very quick about getting back to us, and very prompt with the appointment time. We will definitely keep Keith in mind for any future work we have!

I met Keith Murray at a checkout counter and mentioned I was waiting for someone to come by that evening to measure carpet. Keith mentioned he installs carpet and gave me some helpful advice for choosing new carpet (which I hadn't done yet at the time). Luckily he wrote down some carpet pad tips and his phone number even though I thought I had someone lined up to install. After a lot of waiting around for the other person to get back to me (3 weeks), I decided to call Keith for an estimate. I knew that can be risky since I didn't think to ask for references but I knew he had a lot (20 years) of experience working with his dad who has also been in the carpet installation business for a long time, and I could tell Keith knew what he was doing. He was easy to contact and set up a prompt time for him to come over and remove the old and install the new carpet. He was great to deal with, easy to talk to, a very hard worker, and he did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price (I had a very small budget for the whole project and the total cost was on target ). The carpet is beautiful and the seams are not visible at all. I feel like I live in a new house! I highly recommend Keith.
