We could not have asked for better service or products. Incredible Windows, and Georgi, invested significant time with us. Her installer, John, worked smoothly with us to ensure perfect measurements. Both kept us informed about the status and progress of our order, installation dates and preferences. Georgie offered us significant discounts and rebates. After the installation, she followed up with us, and even gave extra service about a matter that was semi-related to our blinds. Outstanding Excellence!

After looking over the quote, we decided on which product we wanted and let her know what we wanted. She clearly explained the process of how she would place the order, how long it would take (about 2 weeks--very reasonable amount of time), and who the actual installer would be. She even went the extra mile including a photo of him in an email so that we would know who would be arriving. The actual installation was done within an hour by a very competent, experienced gentleman. We have been extremely pleased with our whole experience and with the Hunter Douglass window coverings..

Awesome! Georgi was fantastic to work with and her installer was great too!!! I requested a quote from a different Hunter Douglas dealer in the area and they were not good sales people. Georgi is the best.

The proocess of purchasing blinds went very well and we appreciated working with Georgi (Owner of Incredible Windows) and her helpfulness and professional outlook. We knew we wanted Hunter Douglas blinds but were a bit timid over at the expense. Georgi was able to find blinds that did all we needed and worked well in our home, but was more affordable. We ordered six blinds, 1 in kitchen, 1 in family room, 1 motorized one in master bathroom, and 3 in our master bedroom. We compared Incredible Windows prices and service with Cindy's Custom Interiors and found Georgi's service was superior and her prices were more affordable where we had 'wiggle' room. The one adverse surprise that surfaced was immediately rectified, which made us very grateful. Georgi's installer was also a top notch, expedrienced professional.

Georgiana responded immediately to our inquiry with courtesy and professionalism. She was very honest, fair and quite knowledgeable of her product and thorough in all details. We found Georgiana very wonderful to work with. She followed up quickly with receipts and delivery times as well as overseeing installation. Her installer, John, was also very professional and did an excellent job of installing our new blinds. We are very satisfied with our blinds and the quality service we received and will definitely call Incredible Windows again for future window treatments.

I dealt directly with the owner from start to finish. She brought all materials to my home and left samples for several days to help me choose style and color. She answered all my questions concerning energy efficiency of various styles and made sure I understood how each product would look and function at each location in my house. Once the order was placed, it took less than 2 weeks for the order to be filled and approximately 45 mins for installation. I had the name and picture of the installer and he contacted me before arrival. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the ease of function. I definitely feel I got my money's worth. I could not have asked for more personal service from beginning to end. I would recommend this company without reservation and will call them in the future for additional projects.

Georgi was wonderful to work with! She and her installer both arrived on time for appointments and any follow-up was completed within the time frame that was promised. Her selection of Hunter Douglas products and fabrics was very extensive and she was knowledgeable in helping us to select the right option for us. The new roman shades in our living room and dining room are beautiful and we will definitely work with this company again the next time we are purchasing window treatments.

Georgi was easy to schedule with. She was prompt in contacting me with any information I needed and followed up with me afterwards to be sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend Georgi!

The vendor, Georgiana Swandt, was very helpful and kind, and did not pressure us into anything. She answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the product. She sent my husband photos of the installers so that we would know who they were before they came to our home. The installers were pleasant and very helpful. They did a great job and did not mess up the house doing their work. All in all, we are very satisfied with this company.

Provider was friendly but professional. She listened to my requests and was able to provide exactly what I wanted. She gave advice but was not pushy. What I particularly liked was that, when I told her I wanted to install similar blinds in the large windows in the living room but not at this time, she made suggestions but respected that i was not ready to install those blinds yet. She did not, in either visit, try to get me to buy blinds for those windows. When I remodel the living room and am ready to install window blinds, I will use her services.

Everything went just like clockwork...measuring was accurate, the blind delivered on time, installed on time, and looks FABULOUS!!

Georgi helped us choose the right custom window coverings (Hunter-Douglas) for our master bedroom. She was patient, not pushy and gave honest and very helpful advice. She was responsive to emails and calls and even double- and triple-checked things to make sure our order was correct. The installer she works with was very professional and did careful and conscientious work. I would highly recommend Georgi for anyone looking for custom window coverings and will use her in the future for any needs we may have.

It could not have gone better. I enjoy home decor, fabrics, and colors, but I was a little overwhelmed by the number of choices. Georgi helped me narrow my search based on my stated preferences and the overall look of my home. I love the shades we picked out and even though my home is new construction with higher quality windows, there was a noticeable difference in the warmth in the room a day after installation. The shades fit perfectly and the quality is evident. Also, she kept me informed regarding anticipated delivery and time lines.
