Description of Work: Georgi came over with MANY samples and helped me decide what type of coverage/options I needed for each window. In rather short order they had arrived and were installed. In the past I've gone to a big box store and done this myself...and I'd rarely been happy with the results. This time I got exactly what I wanted.

Description of Work: We had an excellent experience with Georgi. She was prompt, friendly, and professional. She listened closely to our interests, made appropriate suggestions, and offered significant discounts. When the installer was hospitalized the day before our scheduled installation, both he and Grorgi called to explain the need for the delay. He called and rescheduled as soon as possible and Georgi came over to check on our satisfaction with the completed work. We were totally satisfied.

Description of Work: Owner and installer very professional. Installer broke my cheap bookcase by kneeling on it to get into wide windowsill, but came two weeks later and fixed it making it stronger than original. Honeycomb shades look wonderful. Owner was good about following up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Very nice high class blinds. Expensive, but warrantied for life. Due to my budget, I went with some of the cheaper designs for window shades and blinds for a sliding door. The materials seem less solid than on some existing blinds I had but those are from a different manufacturer and I don't know the history of those (previous owner put them in). But the lifetime warranty tells me that they trust their products and workmanship, so hopefully that proves true. So far they work great and they designs match my interior colors. Giorgi was great to work with and knew her stuff. The installer technicians was punctual and quick and made a few adjustments on the fly for my lifestyle (made the pull cords shorter because I have dogs, so they won't get tangled in tails or paws or collars). Pricey, but a great investment for the long term.
