We called to make an appointment and described what needed to be done. An appointment was set a few weeks in the future. There were no calls from the company to confirm or remind us of the appointment; however, the tradesman arrived on the scheduled date. He had no idea why he was there -- apparently the person who scheduled the appointment didn't tell him what the job was. When we scheduled the appointment, we were told their personnel would assess the job and provide the materials, so we were surprised when he assumed that we had purchased the lumber, but we hadn't. My husband had to suggest nearby places where he could go pick up the lumber. The job was done adequately.

They went and actually picked up a replacement and reattached it. It was pretty reasonable. They did great work and they did it in a timely manner. They actually came right on time.

Tom is a very skilled worker and carpenter, very pleasant. Suggested solutions to some problem areas at my house.

We were very happy with how the work turned out and the final product. I had trouble visualizing what the final result would look like, but it turned out better then I could have imagined

Very responsive, was able to come to my house within a few days. Called me with issues that were noticed and confirmed that I was suspecting. I will call them in the spring to do the necessary repairs. It was too late in the season to ask them to go on the roof again.

Caulking was done around one basement window and drain holes were drilled on my back porch. Work was done very professionally.

Tom was able to complete a big list of "Honey Do" items I haven't been able to get at not that I couldn't just has been no time with taking care of Elderly Parent and Work. If I get backed up like this again this is the way to go. I am so relieved every thing was completed and looks great.

Chris was excellent - he showed up punctually and he did a great job. Best of all, he kept the cost down to something reasonable. Since Fix"Ems charges by the hour, he did the original repair then went on to do some additonal repairs on the screening, while keeping it down to an hour of time. Very reasonable and very professional - I would recommend them to anyone that needs "odd jobs" done around the home.

Very pleased with the work. He was efficient and pleasant.

Tom was prompt & efficient. The work was done with no problems. Going above & beyond, he went through the remote settings (so I didn't have to read any directions!) and he even removed the styrofoam and all packing materials, so we didn't have to deal with disposing of them.

They are great. We have had them do a lot of jobs, and we will keep using them in the future. We are impressed with Chris. He is a very accomplished guy and we are very impressed with him.

Fix'm Home Repairs LLC were pleasant and professional. He looked at it, thought the whole deck needed to be replaced, and shot me a price. His estimate was more than double than from anybody else I got.

I like them. I've used them probably a dozen times in my house. I would definitely call them for practically anything, for small projects. They're very responsive. Everybody I've had here is very professional. They have answers to tough questions that you, as a homeowner, might have. They have solutions. They're not super expensive. They're perfect for small jobs. They're really good. They're very professional when you have them in your home. They're a part of a very big home building company so they have access to lots of different trades that they can bring to your job. Their prices are moderate. I don't find them overly expensive.

The handyman, Mike, arrived promptly and worked in a well oragnized and professional manner. He was friendly and explained clearly the processes he would be using. I was very happy with the service and have already contacted them about some other work.

He was good and fairly competent but it wasn't done quite the way I wanted it to. You could see the place where the old numbers were and I eventually put duct tape over the parts because I didn't want it to show, it didn't look very good. The lights and the mailbox were good. We have an upstairs laundry room and I wanted to put up some storage units and so I consulted with him. He said I could probably get the right kind of cupboard at one of the big stores and that they could put them up. They generally cost $70 an hour and I think that's a little high.

I chose this company as I probably looked in Angie’s list and they probably had good reviews. That was the first time I used them. It wasn’t all positive. I remember being a little bit frustrated but I can’t remember with what. I remember he did end up doing a good job, it just took a while and was may be a little more expensive than I had expected or something like that. He did it well.

They are wonderful. They are amazing. They are competitive. They are expensive but you get what you pay for.

Chris arrived in the morning and I found him to be very pleasant and professional. In spite of light rain he started on the front door right away. It took a couple of hours and it is perfect - air tight. The old door and other materials were removed right away. Other exterior work included installing a window box which needed to go into new siding. I also had 2 dimmers replaced. I was very pleased with everything Chris did and look forward to using this company again. I had used an electrician before and a handyman service as well but I had problems with their work shortly afterwards. I feel very confident with the work Fix'm did for me.

They were booked out a couple of weeks but said because of the nature of the repair they would get out in the next few days. They had a cancellation that afternoon and because of the nature of my repair sent someone out that day. I appreciated that so much as the siding was hanging on by a nail and if there was any more wind we would have lost it.

We were totally satisfied with them and we had no problems at all.
