I felt like Fix'm was honest - telling me when something didn't need to be done or should be done at a different time of year. He also walked around the house with me and spotted a couple of small jobs that needed doing but I hadn't noticed - but did not pressure me in the least to hire him to fix them (I did, and they were fixed well). It's nice to have a company to call when there are repairs that need doing but are beyond my ability to perform. I would definitely recommend Fix'm (in fact I have done so), and call them again.

Description of Work: I needed a small amount of siding repair. Adam came within a week and we agreed to continue. He located the siding and installed it within 2 weeks of his visit. He was professional, prompt, accommodating and attentive. I am happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again. I'm not sure what the overall cost will be. They may not be the cheapest, but were very clear about how they charge i.e. time and materials. The woman who answered the phone was also very well informed about what they would need to do and when they could come.

Description of Work: Mike did an excellent job of taking care of many things around the house. In fact, he made suggestions to improve some of the things he was working on.

Description of Work: I called for a small concrete removal job. The lady on the phone was really nice. Even though concrete removal is not part of what they do, she gave me enough information and recommendation to make sure I can got the right person to have the job done.

Description of Work: Had water damage in a walk in closet with mold that required remediation and removal of drywall, insulation, wood trim and carpet. "Chris" at Fix 'EM was assigned to help us return the closet to prior functional level. He replaced insulation, replaced drywall and trim and painted. His work was excellent. Of as much importance--he showed up at the time he said he would each day of the project, checked in with me regularly to make sure what he was doing was all right with us and he did a final inspection with me at the end of the project.
