I was really pleased and very happy with the work that they did. I was very impressed with what he did and the way it got done, promptness, and professionalism. I would give them high marks, and I certainly would recommend them.

The handyman arrived on time, was very professional, could see exactly what was needed when dealing with a new metal front door on a very old house. He took the time to go to the store that carried the style and quality of weather-stripping he thought would work best and installed it perfectly. I did not get any estimates on this job, but the materials he used and the work he did will stand the test of time and continue to look attractive, so in my opinion it was worth the price. I am confident the company would happily do any follow-up adjustment, if necessary. I would call them for future jobs, and would recommend them to others.

This is a very professional business. This job started out as what I thought would be a simple replacement of a rotted board at the bottom of the chimney chase. The repairman quickly noted that the rotting was caused by a water leak. He removed some of the siding and showed me that the rotting was much more extensive. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and that the cost of the job would be quite a bit more than the what we originally thought. The men who did the work were experienced and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up all the rotted wood and insulation. The people in the office who I talked with over the phone were also very professional. In short, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I highly recommend Fix'm Home Repairs.

The work went fine though there was some confusion on the original estimate. I had previously called and spoke with one of the women answering the phone to clarify but she gave me incorrect information. It was ultimately resolved and the price of the work ended up being less than the estimate so overall I was happy with the outcome. I would, however, recommend clarifying directly with Loren if you have a question on the estimate.

We have never been disappointed with them, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everything went very well. Mike, the handyman was professional, competent and did everything I asked him to do on my list of repairs. I even had to leave the house for a bit and trusted him to be here alone.
