Having grown up in Madison I now live and work in Middleton. I have seen the area surrounding me grow, expand, shift and bend. As a parent of a school age child and one who is actively involved in my community, I have a unique perspective of the area. I enjoy sharing this perspective with my clients. Could not have been happier with the work Amy performed.
Description of Work: I have been looking to add another investment property in Wisconsin even though I live out of state. Thus, I needed someone to be my "eyes and ears" for me in Madison...someone who I could trust 1000% and who was very responsive and communicative. Amy fit the bill completely, and really did an outstanding job identifying properties for me, and helping me to sort through the winners and losers. Her expertise about the conditions of each property, as well as her incredible knowledge of almost each and every zip code and neighborhood in Madison and the suburbs was incredibly valuable to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone needing an agent to assist with a home purchase or sale.

I have been through a number of real estate transactions, and I can’t say enough good things about Amy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community -- including schools, neighborhoods, etc – as well as the home buying and selling process. As we walked through potential properties, she knew all the trouble spots to look for, even little things I had not thought of (and I have purchased many principal and investment properties over the years). I also really appreciated her responsiveness. Real estate is a fast-moving environment, and I never had to wait long for Amy to return a phone call or email. If you are in the market for a real estate agent, I highly recommend using her.
