Description of Work: I contacted them through Angie's List and we made an appointment for Ramon to come out to the house to see the work and create an estimate. He was professional and friendly. He told use we'd have a quote in a few days. After about a week we hadn't heard anything so I followed up and was told they are busy so it would be a few more days. I followed up again in a week and was told a few more days. I then called at least twice and was told yet again they are busy and will have me an estimate in a few days. Well its has now been two months and they have yet to send me a quote. Obviously at this point we are not going to use Alonso Landscaping.

Description of Work: Owner was nice, but not very available to answer questions. He didn't keep up with what was going on. For example--power washing of the patio nicely cleaned the surface of the pavers and removed weeds beginning to grow there. However, the sand to be brushed over the pavers--to keep new weeds from growing--wasn't put down for weeks and only after my insistence. By that time weeds were beginning to grow again. | We also noticed multiple places where sod was ripped up on areas of incline and on tight mower turns. Obviously, the huge lawn-mower was too heavy for conditions, especially when the lawn was soggy from recent rain. | Although there were problems with some of the other jobs we'd asked to be done, workers were generally busy and polite, although communication was an issue. | To be fair, I want to add that some jobs--power washing and deck refinishing--were well done by other professionals the owner had contracted for those jobs. |

Description of Work: I asked them to did out top soil before mulching,they didn't and they also didn't put down landscape paper made them dig up and do as we talked about. Had them dig out tree trunk in front of house before planting new tree. Good thing I pulled in driveway as they were putting in tree cause they didn't dig out tree trunk. There were just many things we talked about before project we started that if I didn't catch would have been done half a**. No I would not use Alonso again, Sorry

Description of Work: We use Alonso Landscape for our spring and fall clean up, mulching and weekly mowing. They do an excellent job and deliver as quoted. We also had them complete a paver job near our mailbox and they provided excellent service and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: General landscaping clean up, addition of shrubs, tree removal. The services provided were exceptional. Mr. Alonso and his crew were punctual, professional and actually finished work ahead of time. We will definately use them again when we have the need.

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate. They came, later than promised, talked to me for five minutes and took some photos. Promised a quote in 3-5 days and never responded. I would not call them again.

Description of Work: Left message on telephone number listed as contact. NEVER received a call back. Even a call back to say they were booked, couldn't perform service would've been the professional manner but NOTHING!

Description of Work: Did a fine job and since he was in the neighborhood, he came the next day. Did exactly what I wanted.

Description of Work: I hired them for snow revoval service while I was out of town. It seems they did their job in my absense and the price was reasonable.
