I called a bit frantic, recieved a return call within minutes, got great advice, honest folks helped us get things back up and running when most would have let us wait and possibly charged us for something we could do ourselves. He texted the day off to confirm , arrived on time in a company jacket and was very professional and cordial. They agreed to move a heavy chair to the basement, (an add-on to the original project), were respectful about avoiding any damage to the walls, etc. and were done quickly.
