I waned to bring someone in to clean up my parents' yard (they have about a 1/2 acre and struggle with lawn work due to health reasons) before a family reunion. I found Shamrock online, and was initially impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. I called and left a message and it was responded to that same day. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, listened to what I needed and was able to accommodate my schedule. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast. I let my mom know when they would be there, and received an upset call from her when they did not show up. I called and left messages and finally spoke to someone hours later who said that they were sorry, they had gotten backed up and off schedule. We were scheduled for a morning two days later...only to have a call come from them that morning that it would actually be afternoon...and that turned into early evening. My parents' were so irritated because they kept changing their schedule to be available that it erased any positive benefit this would have had. The work they did was fine, but I would rather have someone admit they cannot meet my requested timeline than go through this type of mess.

I would use them again in the future.
