Did an excellent job in a timely mannner.

I think they did an okay job, but there were a few hiccups. The day they were scheduled to be here, they were a no show. My wife had taken off of work to be there, but they didn't tell us they weren't coming. I called them the next day and they said they were behind due to the weather and would come that weekend to cut down the tree. They ended up coming a day or two later, unannounced. We were also told that they would grind the stump, and grind another stump from a tree they didn't cut down. When they came back to grind the stump a few weeks later, they ended up only grinding the stump of the tree they cut down. The grind job wasn't the best either. There is still a large mound where the stump was. Oh well. Not the best service, but at least they did not break anything.

Terrible communication. The job is half finished and I have not heard from them in weeks. Would not recommend

James is very easy to work with. He is very friendly and professional. He was prompt in getting us a quote, and arriving on time to do the job. He is very knowledgeable about trees and has a good eye for determining what limbs should go to keep the tree looking nice while removing the overgrowth. James and Josh are very hard workers and made sure we were happy with their service. We will hire James again.

James is a hard worker! He was quick and knowledgeable with his quote. I appreciated that he contacted me to move the project up a week as I had a deadline to when I wanted the tree removed. He brought all the equipment to remove our 40 foot cedar, cutting, chipping and grinding the stump. It took a little over an hour. His employee, Matt, was a good worker too. James was respectful answering all of my questions. My husband also worked to help him and found that he was fun and easy to work with! I highly recommend James and Nohr-Way Tree Service!!

From first contact to a brief estimate trip to finish of the project James was extremely thorough and professional! All we needed was a few stumps removed and he did it great! One of our stumps was even right over our gas line! Once everything was marked by the utility he came back and hand dug to find the gas line and safely ground up the culprit stump. No issues to the gas line! If we need any tree work done for our other mature trees in the yard, we know who we are calling!

James called me back quickly and gave me a quote over the phone with just a set of pictures I sent him. Their price was fair and they did a great job removing the trees and stumps. Very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend.
