Description of Work: called them for emergency,,they didn't call back, then when got ahold of them, they said they would call right back and when hours later called again, they said they would call then next morning,,never heard from them

+ -1 moreI spoke with Mike on a Wednesday from my place of business (I work for an HVAC company that does not do plumbing, and when I asked my boss for a recommendation the one he gave me was Krueger). I explained what I was looking for, and he informed me that they do not offer estimates on any service work, and that despite the fact that I was looking to complete a substantial upgrade that still qualified as service work and therefore was not eligible for an estimate. He essentially told me that it was not cost effective to provide estimates due to the labor involved in completing one. He then said that he was away from his desk and could not see his schedule and asked if it would be okay to call me back. I said yes, and further told him that it was not an emergency and that if he could get back to me by the end of the week that would be fine. Despite having my cell number (and knowing where I work and having that number) he did not get back to me at all. I finally called a different plumber who I found on Angie's List the following week.
Description of Work: I requested two things: 1) Repair my bathroom sink which was (is) not draining well 2) Provide an estimate to upgrade the plumbing in my home to PVC and/or Copper
