Description of Work: Called for estimate on gutters, was told that he would come later that night around 5/6ish. Called about an hour before hand to let us know that he couldn't b/c he had a date, said he would call us the next week to set up a time. 2 weeks later no call still and gave him a call back. Asked if he could still come out and give us and estimate (this was a a Thursday or Friday), stated he would call us back and come out the following Monday or Tuesday, never called or came out.
