Well. We contacted Mark after 6 PM on a Friday with an urgent need because the deadline for the inspection contingency on the home sale was Sunday. He agreed to meet us Saturday at 10 am and to prepare a short report of defects, which we were then able to provide to the seller. Mark indicated the home's basement lacked six outlets per Mequon code and the wiring needed to be fixed. Home inspector indicated the basement lights' wiring satisfied code requirements. I was suspicious about the wiring so I was glad that Mark was an expert and could advise us on that.

The light was not working and he solved it. My husband was happy and he did a good job. We thought the costs was reasonable.

He was there on time. He was very quick, fast, and very professional.

Mark responded to my original request, set up a time, and then failed to show or call. When I called him he seemed to have forgotten and was busy, then asked to reschedule for a week later, to which I agreed. At that time he showed up as scheduled and did the work expeditiously.

Mark was both professional and responsive. He returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. Mark was able to start the work within a week, and completed the upgrade job in 2 days for $1500, including the circuit breaker box, breakers, an outdoor meter pedestal, new grounding rods, etc. I was in the process of putting together a woodworking shop in the basement (which was the reason for the upgrade in service), so Mark had to work around a lot of obstructions (clutter), which he did without complaint. We then discussed my longer range plans regarding outlets for shop machinery, etc., which Mark agreed to do as a time/materials job. This worked out well for me as I already had a lot of the materials on hand. He also let me help by boring holes and pulling wires in order to keep the cost down. He suggested that we put in a sub-panel for the shop and run the shop circuits from there. He also came up with an innovative way to run the wires to the sub-panel. Mark provided the sub-panel, outlets, and some other parts, and with his labor (and mine), that portion of the job came in at around $1450. All in all, I had an excellent experience working with Mark, would recommend him to friends, and will be my first call for any electrical needs I have in the future.

Called in A.M., returned call later in day, came out to house and completed the job. Polite, friendly, no-hassle.

I waited for him to arrive at the house. He called and said that he could not make it because he had a doctor appointment so we had to change to another day. I was not happy because I changed my day to be at house. The next time, I had to leave very early from work to meet with him at my house on time based on our agreement. He never showed up. He never called to explain. I called him 3 times to see what s going on. He called almost 2hrs later, telling me that his wife put his schedule book in the washer machine. I am not sure what to believe. Especialy there was another review in Angie s list about him not showing up. Prior to this, he already reschedule Also, he said that he installed new tandem circuit breaker for over crowded service panel. I paid too much for that service and failed to demonstrate and explain what he did. I will hire him again just to give him another chance.

I called Mark about 11:00 a.m. on a Monday and he arrived at my house at 2:00 the same day. Within 30 minutes, he fixed the problem. He was professional and personable.

Mark was informative during the quote and paid careful attention to what I wanted. He spent more time than I expected (compared with other electricians we'd spoken with) and quoted a high-quality, cost-effective solution. He even answered some general electrical questions I had about unrelated issues. He was the only contractor who asked if we had a preference as to brand of panel and circuit breaker. We did, and he met our request with no problem. On the day of work he was late, but he called in advance to inform us, and he arrived when he said he would after that. He did a better job than I expected. He took special care to shield the service for the new subpanel from our new structured wiring system. He also did an exceptionally neat and unobtrusive job of routing the large metal conduit. I had to leave the house for a business appointment before Mark was finished (due to his late start), but he readily agreed to lock up the house when he left and bill us for his work. Overall I was very pleased and will call him the next time we need electrical work.

I thought the price was decent. They were timely and everything went fine. They had to break it into three trips but they let us know that was going to happen and they were very punctual and professional.

Mark came out and gave a free estimate. The estimate was right on and he did good work.

It was outstanding overall. He was very professional, he would give me a time to be there and was very close. He said he would do something, and he did it. His price was great.

I have used him before in the past at least 1/2 a dozen times. He suggested things after he got into the job to make it for workable. He did not charge extra for these changes.

The project never took place because he never showed up to complete the work. I had to call him when he didn't show up and he kept setting later dates to complete the work. When I had to call him the third time and he had a third excuse for not showing up or calling me, I realized I had to call someone else. If he didn't want the job, he should have told me from day one so I wouldn't have lost time in calling someone else.

Prompt response to initial call. Came exactly on time for both estimate and work. Very courteous. Completed work well, on time, and at exact estimate.

Guy came to house and did an estimate and said he would be out the next day at 3pm. I left work early in order to meet him and waited 2 hours, he never showed up, called....nothing! Later that night at about 10pm he calls with some lame excuse. This is not professional behavior and is a possible reflection of the quality of work that he may had done if he would had shown up. So, he probably did me a favor by not showing up.

Excellent, on time, neat and very professional. Would use again.

Mark came the same day I called for an estimate, a half hour later. He gave a quote I couldn't pass up for the upgrade. Seven Hundred dollars less then what people were telling me over the phone for an approximate estimate. He did the work the following week. Not sure how well he cleaned up after himself though, I found a few things that needed throwing away and cleaning up. Overall, though, he was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

He's very conscientious, safety-minded, and communicative. He's saved parts in order to show the inspector what he did. He's very thorough. He knows what permits to pull and what inspectors are looking for, and he's familiar with codes in different municipalities. He's done work for us over and above what the inspector had asked.

Very courteous, pleasant, and always took the time to clean up after the job was done.

NEVER RETURNED MY INITIAL PHONE CALL, WHICH WAS LEFT ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE.

QUICK WITH THE ESTIMATE, BUT WAS NOT THE LOWEST. VERY PROMPT AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS & EFFICIENT. ALSO CORRECTED SEVERAL THINGS THAT WERE WRONG WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY WITHOUT RESERVATION.
