Description of Work: He is real good, We moved in 25 years ago and he told us what trees to chop down. He had some good advice. Very accomplished landscape architect. He will be over Thursday to help me out. He is fair, does well with people. He never hesitates. He is a planner, and if you want to buy from him you don't have to.

+ -1 moreAsked at Leaf Land Garden Center (same location) for a referral to a landscaper June 25. Turns out they do landscaping. Jim Walczak, owner made a visit next day, had many good suggestions. Schematic came with verbal cost estimate next day, tweaked following day to fit our budget. Quote followed immediately. A week later, his three-man crew started work. All were professional, worked well together, and explained what and why each major step. They took our preferences into account; made placements for our approval before digging. Even made a couple re-locations and further suggestions which we appreciated and approved. Jim came every day they worked, to check up on their work and our satisfaction. He even offered a decorative rock to accent the plantings. No charge. Clearly Jim takes personal pride in the quality and aesthetics of his work. He also looked at other parts of the landscape at our request and made suggestions for the future without any pressure. His price was slightly higher than others, but well worth it!
Description of Work: Foundation landscaping. Remove aged shrubs, design and install modern shrubs and plants.
