+ -1 moreAFTER WE RETURNED THE SIGNED ESTIMATE THEY WERE OUT TO THE HOUSE WITHIN THE WEEK, EARLY IN THE MORNING STARTING TO WORK. AFTER DIGGING AROUND THE HOUSE, THEY FOUND OUT THAT WE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FOOTING (THE WOOD HAD ROTTED) AND JACK UP THE HOUSE. AFTER WE GOT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO THAT WE CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY CAME IMMEDIATELY TO FINISH THE JOB.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A RENTAL HOUSE AND THE HOUSE WAS LEANING AND WATER WAS LEAKING UNDER THE STRUCTURE SO THEY REMOVED 6" OF CONCRETE ALONG SIDE OF HOUSE. LOWER BACK YARD AREA TO MIDDLE OF HOUSE BY APPROX. 8". CONNECT DOWN SPOUT TO 4" SEWER PIPE WHICH WILL DRAIN IN LOWER BACK YARD. WE HAD ESTIMATES OF OVER $6,000 FOR THE SAME JOB.
