About us

I pride myself on making sure that your IT needs and issues are resolved in a timely fashion. I will act as your IT professional, coordinating resolutions with all vendors connected to the issue. This can include your VOIP phone vendor, internet provider, or other software systems support. I can help you setup 3rd party software systems like UPS Worldship or SpeeDee Delivery for shipping. I have worked with various clients with the setup, of QuickBooks accounting, both On Premise and in the cloud. This includes importing data from other systems into Quickbooks. I have also migrated the QuickBooks desktop/on premise version to the Cloud based system. I routinely help customers with Computer, network, internet, and overall systems performance issues. When practical I will work onsite with you to assist you with your IT needs.

Our company has worked with Ironworks Software for over 20 years. Founder Jerry Unger has developed numerous applications for us, to include; order (job) processing, purchasing and labor posting module and has kept improving them for us over the years. He is expert at tying these custom programs to other off-the-shelf resources, such as Quick Books and the UPS shipping systems. In addition he assists with our network and on-site camera systems. Jerry is a wealth of knowledge and expertise which is why we continue to rely on his outstanding services.
