About us
I pride myself on making sure that your IT needs and issues are resolved in a timely fashion. I will act as your IT professional, coordinating resolutions with all vendors connected to the issue. This can include your VOIP phone vendor, internet provider, or other software systems support. I can help you setup 3rd party software systems like UPS Worldship or SpeeDee Delivery for shipping. I have worked with various clients with the setup, of QuickBooks accounting, both On Premise and in the cloud. This includes importing data from other systems into Quickbooks. I have also migrated the QuickBooks desktop/on premise version to the Cloud based system. I routinely help customers with Computer, network, internet, and overall systems performance issues. When practical I will work onsite with you to assist you with your IT needs.
