I liked Steven's sales pitch no pressure very much to the point and he always kept me informed of when he would be here and the job was done as planned.

Steve was so responsive and open through the whole process. I felt like this was a friend that wanted me to do the right thing with the job and not cut corners I would regret later. Ultimately, Steve wanted me to me extremely happy and satisfied with our new radiant floor heating system. He weas willing to not get the job rather than offer an inferior job. He takers great pride in his job and his relationships with clients. We valued that.

He is a really friendly person. He bent over backwards to help and handled a couple hiccups very well along the way. He gave us some great additional advice as well.

The work was challenge get but the contractor stuck with it. Great guy.

I would recommend this gentleman wholeheartedly. He came a day earlier than the appointment and showed extra concern for my problem since I had a disable child living with me. Very nice gentleman and called back the next day to make sure everything was still working well.

Very trustworthy and Steve ensured we had a high quality working product before he left. He was replacing our AC unit, but our brand new furnace (which we did not get from him, but wish we would have) kept blowing a fuse. Steve replaced that fuse at no charge and investigated why it was happening. We had a very old unit, so many pieces had to be replaced. Steve and his crew stayed into the night to make sure we were all set. Would highly recommend!
