We decided to work with Fran after extensive research on sites like this. She is truly a top notch agent and we are so lucky we found her. My experience was great. We actually had a great experience with her. She was very responsive to all of our concerns. She really tried hard and she succeeded just figuring out the type of house we wanted and the location. She was really good. It didn't cost anything for us because the seller pays the commission. She got three percent of the purchase price which I think was $187,00 we didn't have to pay that.

She has a very disarming personality and helped keep everything in perspective. We found that all of the uncertainty produced some anxiety, but Fran was quick to calm us down and reassure us that everything was on track. The other thing we really liked about Fran was that she was very happy to do as much as possible electronically. She was always happy to meet us or talk on the phone when we wanted to do that, but also responded promptly to texts and e-mails and allowed us to sign everything electronically, which really sped things up. All told, we can't say enough good things about Fran and will definitely use her again when we are in a position to do so.
