Thursday morning I turned on my power strip to start my daily email check and heard a loud POP! Realized everything had power except the computer tower. Doubled checked using another outlet and ,sure enough,it was dead. Called Angie's List for a recommendation on computer repair. Spoke with Nick and he started to give me the A-rated listings.Everything was quite a long way from my home, then Nick shared he was actually in Ohio,so I asked him to use zipcodes and he gave me 4 suggestions,one of which was for Business Products Center.They were the closest to me so I called and spoke with Jeff.Had I used the Yellow Pages I never would have called Jeff because I would have wrongly assumed they only serviced businesses..I explained my dilemma and Jeff immediately put me at ease,saying my machine was notorious for bad power packs and that was likely the problem. He quoted me prices and options and answered all of my questions. I decided not to call anyone else and drove right over.I was told it would be three business days to diagnose and fix and I had some anxiety over this as it included a weekend and not only had I not backed anything up,I also take care of all of my dear Mom's affairs online,as she suffers from Dementia ,and the end of month was fast approaching. Being unemployed,I left wondering what I would do if I needed a new machine. Imagine my delight when Jeff called less than 24hrs later and said it was indeed the power supply and that it was fixed! I was so relieved and grateful for the excellent and timely service.My imagination didn't even have time to run away with me! Thank you Jeff and AngiesList.

I took my LaserJet printer in to have BPC clear a tough paper jam. They were very pleasant, explained costs right upfront and told me that it would be ready in two days. When they called to tell me that the printer was ready for pick-up, they mentioned that they'd discovered a piece that was worn and asked if I'd like it replaced. I told them to do so, and the printer was ready the same day. I was pleased with both the service and the cost.
