Description of Work: We purchased this as a Big Deal. I think the wording of the coupon was incorrect as it should have stated $149 for $500 worth of work towards the cost of the replacing soffits and facia. Instead it said: $149 for $500 of New Soffit and Fascia - our estimate was over $3,000. I don't believe this is the fault of Alumatrim. For the estimate, they were prompt and great to work with. I was really happy that my call to Angie's List refunded my $149 - very easily.

Description of Work: Replaced 21 of my original windows in my 19 year old home. The price was great and the customer service was exceptional. There have been tiny issues with a number of the windows. The vinyl rubs against the frame when opening and closing. A repair man was able to come out within one week of my complaint. Time will tell how these windows hold up in the cold winter months. So far they look great. I can finally clean my windows from the inside.The two installers did install the bathroom windows in on a angle. Their excuse was that the house had settled and the window was straight but the frame was crooked. I had no idea the house had settled but having the window in crooked sure did bring that out loud and clear. After complaining they did come back the next day and straighten them.I was disappointed that my home address was given out without my authorization. We live in a close-knit community on a cul du sac. Three separate cars on the same day with a slow drive-by. I would say the customer service alone was worth it. The installers were only at or below average.

Description of Work: We had old siding and 10 windows replaced - the windows and a door were all trimmed. This company is the best to work with. I initially worked with Terry to determine what we needed done and the cost. He was knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. Both my husband and I were impressed. Mike is the one who did the work, and it was spectacular. He was professional, friendly, and was always considerate of our needs. It's difficult to explain how impressed we are with him and the work he performed. Friends have commented on how nice things look. Mike took his time in doing the work to perfection. Ben was the one who installed our new windows. He, too, was competent and did the replacements quickly. We're very impressed with the quality of the windows. All materials were removed and the garage (Mike needed to keep some materials in there & use the power since we have none outside) is cleaner than when he started. You can't go wrong going with this company.
