They guy who came out was very nice. He did siding work for me and covered up a vent. Only one person came out to perform the work. His prices were lower than the other two quotes I received.

Did a great job...most importantly stayed in touch and let me know what was going on, where the job stood, any delays, etc. Started when they said they would and had the job done when they predicted. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

I contacted Mr Grossman in late July and advised him I would like to go ahead with the siding, soffits and facia install. He came out to my house and did an inspection. He found some problems with the gutters relating to my last winter roof installation. He told me to contact the installers and have them come out and repair the gutters prior to his guy coming out. I contacted them, he came out because he wanted to bid on the siding job, he saw the problems and said he would get someone out to fix it. After 3 additional calls with no response, the folks at Alumi-trim advised me that they would take care of it for me. The installer Mike was at my house for 2 weeks. He worked some weekends because of poor weather conditions during the preceding week. If he found a problem, he brought it to my attention and then just fixed it. He had to do additional carpentry because of some rotted wood in the front of the house. His craftsmanship was excellent. The process was effortless. My house looks outstanding. I had neighbors and family members stopping by during the installation commenting how nice my house looks. My next door neighbor was so impressed that she's getting siding work done next week.

Great. They came when they said, cleaned up like they said and even repaired a very hard to find piece of aluminum trim . EXCELLENT customer service. There were phone calls before to let me know when the windows would be in. Then follow up calls to see if I was satisfied. Plus Michael came out and did a walk through before he asked for payment.

Professional service and excellent quality. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Terry Grossman was flexible and willing to work within my hours to plan and follow up on the service. The job was completed transparently, while I was at work.

It went very well - the installer is an artist.

Be careful in dealing with Alumatrim concerning the coupons they advertise on Angie’s List. They had advertised a coupon that you could purchase for $125.00, which would entitle you to $300.00 worth of service and that you could purchase up to 5 coupons. You would then get $1500.00 worth of window service for $625.00. This was a savings of 58%, according to the website. However, when the rep came out ( a young man named Michael Grossman ) and gave me a quote, he then said I could not use the coupons because he had already given me the standard discounts, and then said he would have to back out the standard discounts before applying the coupons. This was fine with me but once he realized I hadn’t purchased the coupons yet, but was just thinking about it, he then said I would not be able to use them at all. There was still 5 days left to purchase them on Angie’s List. The fine print said they couldn’t be used on an existing job. I had not yet committed to an existing job, but apparently just getting a quote was considered an existing job. I now see they are again advertising a similar deal, with the restriction that coupons cannot be used on existing jobs and “quotes”. This is all fine, but I still would like to know what savings, if any, I would have gotten from the coupon. He wasn’t clear on any of this. Can I get another quote? In fairness to Alumatrim, I must say the original quote was very competitive and I really liked the windows they offered by unlimited.

My experience with Alumatrim was extraordinarily positive from start to finish. Following my initial phone call, Mr. Terry Grossman promptly visited my home and provided me with a detailed estimate and explanation of the work to be completed. Within a few days, Keith, Mr. Grossmans employee, arrived and completed the job. The work was very professionally performed. In addition, it is so attractive that several neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I was so pleased that I engaged the company to complete the second job as described above. This second experience was every bit as pleasant and positive as the first. I've lived in this 1920's era home for over thirty years. In that time, I've had quite a bit of repair/renovation work done. My experiences with Alumatrim were the best I've ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

You are probably reading about a bunch of people who install windows and I can tell you from personal experience that their quotes are going to be much, much higher than Terry's and you maybe concerned about this, don't be Terry's work is perfect. First of all the windows are custom made at a factory in Oak Creek. They come with a transferable life time warrantee, they are measured by factory experts and installed by factory experts that do a perfect job on the installation as well as being extremely careful working in and around your home. Then there is Terry who is a man of his word. This is not easy work as everything is custom but Terry is constantly in contact with your while your windows are being made and installed. He personally comes back to your house after the installation and inspects all the work. Terry is very hard working as well as conscientious. Choose Aluma-Trim of America for your window project, they may not have fancy commercials on TV but they will provide you with the best product at a very, very competitive rate. If I ever buy a home again Terry will be doing the windows for sure.

Father & son Grossman stopped by one afternoon and we walked around the house and I explained that I wanted to replace the facia and trim in the front of the house. It badly needed help after 46 years. Terry Grossman wrote up a contract for me telling me exactly what he would do and what it would cost. Their workman, Ron, was as good as they said he was. His workmanship was great and, although we had intermittent snow showers and very windy and cold during the time he worked on the house, unless it was really impossible he kept at the work and did a fantastic job. He did have to replace some pieces of rotten wood and although the contract indicated there would be a fee, when Terry came to collect his money, he did not charge me for the extra wood. Ron finished the job as soon as he could and cleaned up well after he was finished. I was extremely happy with the outcome.

The experience was fine. I just don’t have any money right now. They were very professional and very good. I would surely consider getting a quote or using their services in the future.

It was something that blew off in the wind. The experience was absolutely excellent. I would work with the company again.

We set up an appointment within a day of calling to meet with the Alumatrim representative. We needed the work done by the end of October. They were busy but didn't need us to be home do the work. We were told it would be two weeks before they could get to us. A week later we got a phone call letting us know they'd be there the next Thursday. The work was done in one day and looks great. It also came with a material and work warranty. They clearly know what they're doing. Because of the lack of soffits on our house, they had to add a pressure crease so that the expanding and contracting of the wood wouldn't effect the seal.

It went very well. I originally bought this seamless gutter from this same company. It runs the entire length of my house. They came out to inspect the storm damage and said it needed replacement. They promptly replaced it and gave me the proper paperwork to submit to my insurance company. They hauled away all debris when finished.

Their quality of work was top notch. They were professional and on time. They were respectful of my home. The price was competitive.

They handled things very well. Along the way they ran into issues as a result of the shoddy way some of the original siding had been put on, as well as the way the wall had been built. But each time the issue was carefully explained, they showed what the issue was, and gave an estimate on cost. Other than weather delays, they got the job done in the timeframe they originally estimated. All in all, they were very timely, professional, and did a great job of communicating. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The work was good and they cleaned up afterwards. The windows still look fine.

All in all, it went well. Some of the caulking wasn't done very neatly, but it was completed promptly and was an improvement over what was there before the work was performed.

After considering all our estimates, we decided not to reside, and went another direction. Based on my experience with this company and their high ratings on Angie's List, I would be willing to use them in the future.

I got a bunch of estimates. Theirs was not as professionally done, wasn't as thorough but they are a local company and it was good enough so I went with them. The windows are fine and will do the job, I thought the price for a lead-safe cleanup was better than most but it's still bogus considering what they actually do for the price and the fact they left the old windows sitting in my garage (where, if there was lead, we'd be exposed to it) and I couldn't park my car there for a couple of days. I thought the interior work on the one big slider could have used a little fine-tuning. The outside looks great and the windows are sufficient. They did not offer to honor these coupons from Angie's list -- and they stalked me for final payment less than 30 days after the first one when it was supposed to be 'a month'. Yes, it's a sufficient company and the windows are fine but to be honest they're a little too mom-and-pop. I like mom and pop but you have to be a little more organized. They also told me their 'guy' would install a door for me if I paid him separately so when the windows were scheduled to be installed I ran out and purchased a door. The guy basically told me he didn't want to do it and the door is still sitting there warping outside.

I emailed the provider after the guy came and left and whoever I spoke to stated that it just for up to 2 hours of work and told me Good Luck. I would guess you would get better responsiveness from the service provider if you were doing more work with them; more than what was entitled in the Big Deal.

We were unable to proceed with the services because the sellers did not accept our offer to purchase the property. However, once we do purchase a home, we will contact Alumatrim for any siding/gutter work needed.

I purchased a big deal in hopes to get work done and he only wanted give me an estimate for my money. I did not use his services.
