+ -1 moreWe have a Kenmore fridge and they've been very good. The service was very good. They were very prompt and looked at the problem and tried to explain it. We were still charged a service charge, but it was an appropriate amount. I don't know if it was something my husband could have. The price could have been more like $50-$60 but I know they have to make money.
Description of Work: We use Sears Hometown Premier Dealer and they were last here for some issues with our fridge. We were having trouble getting the cooling and heating set on the fridge. He got that regulated and showed me where to set things.
