This info helped me pick the thermostat that would not quick during a power failure. When asked about follow-up future service I was told that 24 hour emergency repair priority and service is part of my purchase so I don't have to buy an annual plan. Because I bought from them I am a customer for life. If there is ever a problem they will be here as soon as I call.

The gentleman came out and explained how he would do the job. He was very professional and helpful. He had a higher bid then the others and another service provider had a different idea of how to do ventilation system that we preferred. He was a very nice gentleman.

He started his service time when he left his office, he got lost a couple of times, he had to continue to go back to his shop to get parts while he was charging us the whole time. In the end, he did not even fix our AC unit.
