I'm very happy with the product and the work of the installer, Danny S. The aspect of the project that I was not happy with was the fact that no one informed me that the installer had run into traffic problems and was going to be late. I don't fault the installer for this. However, if The Bath Authority had a better system whereby the installer could text the home owner his ETA, that would have made it much more convenient for me so I didn't have to wait around. As it was, I had to contact the company twice and get transferred from one department to another before I finally found out what the situation was. Finally, the installer was given my phone number and once he and I were able to communicate, everything went smoothly.

Danny S. and Tyler did our install and were very polite, knowledgeable, considerate and kept us involved in the installation process. They were a little late and apologized profusely for the delay but we did have extreme fog. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up everything afterwards. Our new shower/tub is beautiful.

I love my two new showers that Danny and Tyler installed. They were prompt, professional, meticulous, and hard-working. They finished both tear outs and rebuilds of the showers with glass doors and special fixtures in 3 days. I highly recommend this product and company. Be sure to have Danny and Tyler for the installation.
