Teresa Tighe - First Weber

We had our condo on the market two different times (once as for sale by owner and once with flat fee agent). We decided to give Tres Tighe from First Weber a try after having no luck. Tres really impressed us throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, provided a lot of helpful info on how to sell the condo more quickly, responded quickly to all of our questions, and sold the condo in less than a month. In today's market, we were not able to get what we had originally hoped for the condo, but Tres was able to sell it at a fair price considering the challenges of selling a home that was purchased just a few years ago when the market was much higher. She was very empathetic and worked diligently for us. I have not been thrilled with some of the other agents I worked with in the past, and I really felt like I could trust Tres. She's honest and hardworking (and she actually did more to sell this place than any other realtor I've ever worked with.)
