Can’t believe these people sent me an email requesting me to review them. The owner is very nice. Arrived promptly. We went through the basement thoroughly. He took measuremts. Asked what I wanted. This was on on Wed or Thursday. He tells me he will get me a full quote with all of the details and designs by Monday. I thought that was incredibly fast and unrealistic, but okay. Monday comes and goes. No contact. I waited a week. Emailed them and asked if they were still interested. Oh yeah they were out of town at a trade show. So why tell me you’d get me the plans if you knew you wouldn’t be around? Not a good sign. My basement is really easy to refinish. Electrical, walls, windows, flooring and a cabinet. I waited and waited. Weeks went by. I finally got an email with a drawing -literally of a rectangle with some dimensions of the basement and I was supposed to tell him what I wanted. What? He was supposed to tell me the quote and give me the design, since we spent 45 minutes discussing this in person. I could have drawn the rectangle he sent me on a napkin, that’s how professionally done it was. I emailed him back and said that I was told that I’d get designs with a quote. Well the emails never have a signature, so I never knew who I was corresponding with. Nice guy, but no follow through. If he couldn’t even give me the specs - what are his skills like? I wasn’t interested in figuring that out. I got his name from a trade show. Not a very good company to recommend if you want any follow through.

I live in a old 1960's Spancrete Home, which comes with it's own set of rules and problems. I needed Tony to remodel both my kitchen and master bathroom keeping with the style of the home and retaining it's character. Tony came out took a look and gave me a competitive bid. He was both knowledgeable and interested in keeping the houses charm intact. They removed a bad 80's re fuddle with a sleek new master bath. They were able to save my original floors and they even used some of the original tiles in the floor of the new shower to tie it all in. In the kitchen , they took down the upper cabinets and rearranged to get the most out of the space. We cleared an area for a supper huge new counter/bar area. They installed new lights. They had to fix a ton of the previous owners "handy work". They tore out and installed new glass backsplash, which looks fabulous. Repaired the floor, fixed the electrical, drywall, you name it. Tony was even on top of the other contractors, keeping them on top of quality, we had to send our counters back twice. This house is hard to fix and repair but every time a new problem reared it's ugly head Tony would present it and a couple of options to fix it, if ever I didn't like the solution I told him so and we would figure something else out. He was very flexible that way and easy to work with. I will definitely hire Panda Home Improvement again!

Tony had done a lot of handyman projects in the past for me while he was working for another contractor so when he decided to go out on his own I was more than wiliing to give him the chance to do a major project. I am more than pleased with the results and the attention to detail that he has given us and this has been a positive and rewarding experience from start to finish.
