Although MFCC was unable to remove the shoe polish stain, they corrected the mistakes my husband and I made when we attempted to clean the sofa. Based on their professionalism, I will use them to clean my area rugs. MFCC answered my inquiry promptly and showed up on the dot to do the cleaning.

I called Menomonee Fall Carpet Cleaning about 2 weeks before I wanted the work done. There was no answer so I left a message. Vince, an owner, returned my call promptly . The date was set and he gave me an estimate for the work. The day before the work was to be done, Vince called to confirm the time. He and his son Tony arrived promptly the next morning. Before beginning the job, Vince walked through each area and gave a new quote, primarily because I added 2 areas and a chair to my original request. The quote sounded good and so they began work. They were a very efficient father/son team. Some furniture was moved and some not, as agreed. Both men were very congenial and professional. We would not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I were very pleased. We appreciated the prompt arrival and dedication to the work while on the premises. We look forward to hiring this company again and again.

The work was done, and everything was the way they said it was going to be. I noticed the smell after they were gone. I called them back, and they responded within 24 hours. Their service call response time was very good. My wife said they were very professional. They did their jobs, and they were polite and nice. I didn't really shop around for prices. They gave a good price within my budget. They showed up right on time.

The two of them arrived right on time-they did a quick walk-through of the areas to be cleaned-explained their process and gave me an itemized bill of what it would cost for each area. They were concerned that they would not be able to offer a guarantee on the furniture-as it was quite discolored/soiled in some areas-but were going to give it a go with my say-so. They worked efficiently and with a steady cooperation and process. The end result was better than I had expected on the older carpet-and discolored furniture. I feel like I will be able to live with these items comfortably for a bit longer than I had intended-now that they have been restored to a reasonable-even nice- visual appearance. I will definately have them back in the future.

They are real careful about the hoses and what they rub against. They make sure that they don't rub against the woodwork and were meticulous.

Vince and his son came by at the expected time. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned my sofa and chair and suggested the scotchguarding, but weren't pushy about it. I decided to do it because I had wanted it done, just hadn't gotten around to it! They used a high powered floor dryer to quickly dry my sofa. The cost was just what they quoted.

It went very well. They gave us a price over the phone and confirmed that when they arrived. We added the scotch guard service when they were here. They are very professional. The carpet looks very good.

The owner Vince called to set up appt. as soon as he got my message....I needed it done in a hurry and they put us down for a saturday......they were very prompt and professional....the quote he gave us before starting was what we paid.....

I called Vince and he was able to schedule my service for the following week. He told me he would arrive between 10-12 the day of the service. I called him back and asked if he could come over earlier that day and he did - he rescheduled my for 9:30am and he showed up at 9:30am sharp. He and his partner was very professional and helpful about telling me how to clean carpet stains in the future. The cleaning results were better than I thought they were going to be - I have spots everywhere from 5 and 6 year olds spilling.

Owners were on time and prepared. They worked steadily, moving furniture as needed. The carpets look great.

Company came at scheduled time and we took a walk through to confirm what needed to be done and various stains. He and his son prepared their equipment and went to work. Sprayed heavily soiled areas and worked it in and then worked with the hot water extraction system. When they were done with an area they would leave a professional fan to assist with the drying process. The Scotchgard was then sprayed over the surface and coasters put down to prevent damage to furniture as well as from furniture. Excellent job done. They then explained warranty and told us to call them right away if we noticed anything wrong.

The cleaning service was a birthday gift. The carpets were cleaned while I was at work; when I returned home, the carpets were very nearly dry!

We've hired Vince (owner) before. He's efficient, very reliable, friendly and they do a very good job. They'll move things that probably aren't too heavy duty. They're not cheap but I suppose you sometimes get what you pay for. I'd highly recommend them anyway and we'd use them again in a heart beat.

They were prompt and efficient. We are happy with the job they did and certainly recommend them.

They did not even show up. I took off from work. I will not work with this company again.

Very professional. They called to confirm and arrived on time. Appeared very competent. They went over portions of the upholstery that were soiled several times to be sure that they were cleaned.

I called Vince and made an appointment. He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone, based upon the number of rooms & square footage. He was excellent at working with me to schedule a time early in the morning, so that our carpets would be dry by the evening. When Vince & his son arrived, they walked through all the rooms and gave me a final price (even LESS than originally quoted)! They even cleaned 4 of my small area rugs for no extra charge! They arrived right on time, worked quickly and even set up some fans to help with the drying while they worked on other areas. Furniture moving and pretreating of smaller stain areas was also included! As they finished, the used a carpet "rake" to fluf up the carpet fibers. All furniture was placed on cardboard to prevent any damage while the carpets dried. They did an excellent job getting the pet stains, dirt and "dinge" our of our carpets, leaving them fresh & clean for Thanksgiving company! I would definitely use them again! They were a "rare" find: honest, professional, prompt, efficient and friendly!

The carpets look great. I have not had them done for 5 years and it showed. They went the extra mile to make sure that they were done properly. I'll definitely bring them back to do my bedrooms.

They are dependable about returning calls. Their quality of their work is very good. We also think their price is fair for the work they perform. They are on time and they are very good about communicating to us. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Fantastic experience. From initial contact, during the episode while they were in the home, to the point that they left....the experience could not have been better. Excellent explanation of what they could and could not accomplish, what to expect from the job, and spontaneously offered a discount for getting the recommendation from Angie's list.

Vince (the business owner) is easy to work with. No hassles, very punctual, polite and a pleasant attitude. More importantly they do a very good job, but they are not that inexpensive. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. 65 bucks for 20 minutes worth of actual work isn't too bad for them. I suppose you have to factor in other things though. Anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. At least they are very reliable.

Vince and Tony did an excellent job. They arrived on time and had the job completed in 30 minutes and the results were outstanding. He gave me some wonderful suggestions and I would use the company again.
