+ -1 moreVince & Tony came out and arrived right when they said they would. They quickly explained what the process would be and specifcally what they would be doing. They mentioned that some of our bigger furniture left in the room wouldn't be able to be moved. That was a little bit of a disappointment but I nderstand why since the bed frame was large and wooden. I will know better for next time and will prep the room even further so that they can move things around. Vince and Tony efficiently cleaned the two rooms carpet and things looked great. Vince seemed very knowledgeable about the type of carpeting we had. Both were professional and no surprises. I would have them come back next year as well.
Description of Work: Vince & Tony came out and did a two room carpet cleaning and applied scotch guard on one of the rooms to accomodate their 3 room charge.Vince explained this was an option over the phone prior to the committment so it was nice to see them working with the customer since we only had two rooms with carpeting in them.

+ 0 moreExcellent service start to finish. I sent an email to Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning, and even though it was not their preferred method of communication, they adjusted to my preference. Tony arrived on time and reviewed the job to be performed. He gave me recommendations about moving plants so that more areas could be cleaned. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the work... the main equipment being in the truck made the cleaning quieter and with the use of fans, my carpet was nearly dry before he left. I've had my carpet cleaned several times since I've moved into the house and some stains, I had just accepted as permanent, however, Menomonee Fall Carpet Cleaning removed those long-standing stains. I am very pleased with how great my furniture and carpets look and feel.

+ -1 moreSetting up a time is easy. Vince calls back promptly to schedule the appointment. They show up on time and are very thorough and careful as they move around the house. They clean 6 rooms for me. Always happy with the results.
Description of Work: I started using Meno Falls Carpet Cleaning a few years ago for my annual carpet cleaning. Had used other companies in the past. Vince and Tony do very good work at a fair price. They also were very accomodating a while back when I had a carpet cleaning emergency. They made time out of thier schedule to stop at my house and got the mess to disappear.

Description of Work: This is the ONLY company I will call to clean my carpeting, and I have referred numerous friends and acquaintances to this company. Everyone has indicated their satisfaction with the work that has been done. The company is owned by Vince and his son who always come out to do the requested work. That's the one thing that I like about Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning----you always get the same people doing the same good quality work. There might be other carpet cleaning services that do promotional deals with cut-rate prices, but Vince always does an excellent, reliable job. Menomonee Falls Carpet cleaning is the only service that I will use to clean my carpeting. I trust them to do the job correctly and not to sell me unnecessary services I don't need. Usually I have them come to clean my living and dining room (connected) carpeting and apply a spray-on protectant. Less often I have them clean upstairs bedroom and hallway carpeting that gets less traffic. They are prompt, reliable and effective. The company also offers duct cleaning and furniture cleaning as well, but I have not used the duct cleaning service.

They were scheduled to clean my sectional sofa but rather than performing the job and charging me a lot of money, they encouraged me to clean it myself due the very high cost I would have incurred with this particular piece of furniture. In this case, I wanted to get rid of carpet smells from a couple of accidents my dog had while ill. And the furniture just needed a general cleaning. Tony and Vince called that morning to say that they were running late and were very apologetic. As it happened, we had no difficulty with the later time. They arrived right when they said they would and got straight to work. They were pleasant and professional, and now my living room sparkles and smells great!
Description of Work: Tony and Vince cleaned a large area rug as well as three upholstered chairs and a sofa.

+ -1 moreWas extremely pleased with the overall experience with Menomonee Falls carpet cleaning. I am a fan of independent business owners and patronize those businesses whenever possible. Vince was very quick to respond to my call and e.mails and scheduled the cleaning promptly. They were neat, respectful, efficient and very knowledgeable. I was leery of water extraction cleaning, as I was afraid the carpet would be soaked afterward. Not so with these cleaners - I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly the carpet dried afterwards - not even 24 hours. The cleaning quality was very good and my carpets look great - especially the carpets that were quite dirty and fibers matted down. They brought them back to life! Excellent work. It is refreshing to work with a company with old fashioned values and attention to detail & customer service - something you rarely see in this day and age.

They were very professional and courtious. The results were better than expected and will give us a few more years of service of our furniture and carpet! + -1 moreThey were absolutely fantastic. They were very thorough. I have had my carpets cleaned before and it was kind of mediocre. They made my carpets look like they were brand new. I think the owner’s name is Vince. He was fantastic. He was very helpful and professional on the phone. I think he gave me a pretty good price. They were very punctual. They were real nice because I think they hit a switch that we didn’t realize controlled our TV and our TV wasn’t working when they left, so we called and just asked them if anything had happened. They said nothing had happened and that they weren’t really sure. He called back like twenty minutes later and I could tell that he had been thinking about it and he told us to try the switch on the wall or whatever and that is what it was. We just hadn’t figured it out but I thought it was nice that he had called us back. I would rate them highly. I am planning on using them again.
