We've used them before. Tony is the son, and Vince Micelli (owner). It's a family run business. They're very courteous, thoughtful when over here at our home with their equipment so as to not make things more dirty. They called the afternoon prior to our morning appts. as a courtesy reminder. They'll leave a phone voice message. I like this. They're delightful and easier to work with. Their prices seem competitive, but NOT inexpensive. They do a nice job overall and is a professional crew. We highly recommend their services.

My dog got into a bag of milorganite fertilizer and had evidently eaten some. She threw up all over my livingroom carpeting. There were big black spots about the size of dinner plates all over. I was in a panic and called Vince first thing in the morning and told him what happened. He checked his schedule and said they could fit me in between appointments even though it was coming up on Memorial Day weekend. When they arrived, they took a look and shook their heads and didn't think the spots would come out. Tony got out their stair cleaning tool and cleaned up the spots. They were surprised that they came out. I said that I hoped they wouldn't come back as they dried. It's been 2 days and the areas are totally dry and totally clean!! Thanks Vince and Tony! I've been using them for a few years and would definitely recommend them.

Carpets dried quickly and look great!

The old owners of our home had a cat, and the carpets were very dirty. It definitely set off allergies, and so they needed to be cleaned professionally. They showed up on time, and in about 1.5 hours had completed all of the work. They were great to work with, very nice, very pleasant, and got right to business! The carpets look absolutely fantastic, and the cat smells and other stuff is already 100 times better. These guys met all of the expectations we had based on their angie's list reviews, and we would not hesitate to hire them again. Their pricing was up front, and there were no "extra" charges. Top notch!

Great. It went much faster than I expected. Tony was very pleasant and explained things to help me make decisions.

The company responded within hours, offering me immediate service. We agreed upon a date and time. They called again the day prior to service being provided to confirm and give me their actual arrival information. Tony did an excellent job, putting down floor protections and cleaning the carpets quickly and with beautiful results. I was offered an Angie's List discount and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use the company again and refer them to my friends/neighbors.

I was surprised to call for the next available appointment & get one within two days of my call! They promised to call in advance so I could crate the dogs and they did. Vince & Tony arrived right on time and got to work immediately. It had been approximately 18 months since we'd had our carpets cleaned, and they were in desperate need, since we have two large dogs. They were very efficient, moving, cleaning & replacing our furniture as they went. They had a large fan to help speed the drying process. They took extra time and care in our main living room area, as it was extremely dirty. Even the payment process was simple! I was impressed that they were very modern in their use of the ipad & "square" for credit card payments. Before he even finished his paperwork, I had my receipt in my inbox! This is the third time we have used Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning, and we are always very pleased with the results and their professionalism.

I called Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning requesting an appointment within 1 or 2 days to clean our carpet in the living room, bedrooms and a short hallway. We have an aging dog that has had many accidents in the house and despite using off the shelf products, there were many stains and an odor I could not get rid of. Our daughter and our 15 month grandson were moving in with us sooner than expected and the carpets really needed to be cleaned by the end of that week. I got an appointment the next day and the service was wonderful. The process to clean the pet stains and odors were explained to me and the results were amazing. There was one small stain that did not completely disappear but that's ok ,I chose not to have additional cleaners used on the stain. What was important to me was that the carpet was clean and rid of the urine odor for my grandson to walk on. I will definitely use this company again.

It had gone wonderfully as it has before. We keep gravitating back to Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning year after year, as they just perform decently. Their response time is quite good when making initial inquiries for a job, they're right on it. Phoning, e-mailing, it just doesn't matter. And, setting it up was equally as painless. He's quite flexible and accommodating to his clients. Additionally, quite pleasing was that he threw in a hallway rectangular rug (8'x 2 1/2') cleaning for FREE! Wow, nice. Good job guys!

They are excellent! They do a good carpet cleaning! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! The owner is always present and I like that. The owner comes out and makes sure everything is done correctly and he even does it himself as well.
