Description of Work: Our basement carpeting was flooded by a misplaced downspout. The carpet cleaners were actually able to remove the staining that the water left behind. I thought we might have to replace the carpeting, but it looks great.

Description of Work: cleaned 2 rooms and hallway with scotch guard. They did a very good job. Very professional. A couple years ago I had them clean a white sofa and love seat that had turned dingy. I had had it cleaned by another company and it did not come clean (they had all kinds of excuses). Menomonee Falls CC got it looking good. Very good company to work with.

Description of Work: They claimed stains were gone when the carpet was wet - but many of the stains came back. Granted, our carpets were old so I wasn't expecting a miracle. But I feel that with their experience in seeing stains they should have been more honest. I also had a bad experience with them being a couple hours late. They said they had me confused with another client when they called to say they were on the way. Sorry about the not so good review, had we not been in the process of moving we would have given a chance to resolve. They were very nice and reasonable people, so they may have made things right.

Description of Work: Each phone and in person contact I had with this company was always pleasant, responsive, courteous. They arrived on time to clean 4 rooms and a small hallway at my moms condo. They knew what to do especially with the heavily soiled areas and did an amazing job of cleaning all of the carpeting in the condo. They were polite, thorough, and fast all while leaving the carpets beautifully clean.

Description of Work: It was a very decent crew. They do a good job with handling pet stains when cleaning carpets. However, that was about 2 years ago and I have since ripped up my carpets.

Description of Work: We had our living room painted and one of the painters spilled paint on our carpet. We called MF Carpet Cleaning immediately for an appointment to clean it up...Tony put chemicals on the area and steam-cleaned it really well. He also cleaned other areas where the painters had dripped. It's like they were never even here! The spill is gone and the rest of the carpet is sparklingly clean! We really appreciated their speediness and professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: They cleaned two carpeted areas for me. One had a very bad stain on it and they managed to remove it. I was going to have them do two chairs, but they tested it first and explained that they could not do it because they felt the colors would run. They were able to do the cushion part of the chair because it was a color fast material. I was very grateful that they took the time to test it first. They were very professional, on time, and efficient.
