Excellent - on time, couteous and very efficient.

The men were on time, efficient, and did a great job cleaning our carpets and rugs. They managed to get them clean without soaking them, for which I was grateful because it didn't take long for the carpet to dry.

Vince is great to work with. He was there with the crew working along side them. Very professional. Arrived at the time specified 8 am no window slots or about times. Quick all work done in 1 1/2 hours. He is very interested in earning and keeping your business and the customer service shows.

Vince and his son Tony were on time(even 10 minutes early), were very polite, and the price was right.They even did small additional work no charge. Had all work done in two hours. Very satisfied with the job.

Prompt and easy to work with. Moved furniture carefully. Carpet and rugs look great. We look forward to using them again.

Vince and his team did a wonderful job. I called a few days before I needed the work done and only had a small window of time to have my carpets cleaned before we moved into our new house. Vince graciously accommodated our tight schedule, called the night before to verify the service, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as needed.

Excellent. Extremely dirty carpets & love-seat before-hand- completely cleaned up after. Both operators very nice, polite, quick, but thorough.

They were very prompt-- exactly on time. Very professional, quick, complete work. I was very happy. They did extra on stains and high-traffic areas. Price is comparable to others.

A very nice man that did a good job. They were on time, and the gentleman was informative and resourceful. He saved me money on a blind cleaning by telling me that I could wipe them down instead.

Phone contact was efficient, although could have been more friendly. Day of appointment workers were prompt, worked quickly, answered questions, and replaced furniture they had moved to clean.

VINCE WAS VERY KIND AND THOROUGH. HE DID A NICE JOB ON THE CARPETS. THE AIRDUCTS IN MY HOME WERE A CHALLENGE BECAUSE THE HOME IS QUITE OLD, BUT HE FIGURED OUT WAYS TO GET IN AND CLEAN THEM WHEN ACCESS WAS QUITE LIMITED. VINCE ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS.

VINCE WAS COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL. HE PROMPTLY INSPECTED THE ARTICLE, AND GAVE A QUICK ASSESSMENT OF THE POSSIBILITY OF CLEANING THE ITEM WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY.

THEY CHECKED IN WITH ME THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM TIME. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

MENOMONEE FALLS CARPET CLEANING WAS PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. HOWEVER, THEY SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY AS I HAD TO REMIND THEM TO APPLY THE FABRIC PROTECTOR TO THE SIDES AND BACK OF THE SOFA. OTHERWISE THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

ON TIME, AND VERY COURTEOUS. CARPET IN ONE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THEY WENT OVER IT TWICE. WHILE IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE NEW IT WAS MUCH BETTER.

VINCE AND HIS SON DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPETS AND POINTED OUT AREAS THAT MIGHT BE A PROBLEM SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. OUR LAYOUT IS SOMEWHAT ''TYPICAL'' AND THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS LESS THAN THE ACTUAL INVOICE BUT I AM STILL PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB-NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHERS I'VE USED. VINCE SAID IT WOULD DRY IN 2-4 HOURS WHICH THEY ALL SAY, BUT NEVER HAPPENS. HOWEVER,IT DID DRY THAT FAST IN AREAS WHERE MY FAN BLEW. IT WAS COMPLETELY DRY BY THE NEXT MORNING. DIDN'T HAVE SCOTCHGARD DONE ALTHOUGH HE RECOMMEDED IT. I MAY SPRAY IT ON MYSELF WHICH I KNOW IS MUCH MORE INEXPENSIVE. PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO MOST OTHERS AND $5.00 WAS ADDED ON FOR COMING OUT TO FRANKLIN.

THEY WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND WORKED FAST. THEY WERE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HOW GREAT THE CARPET LOOKED EVEN WHERE THERE WERE HEAVY STAINS. THEY EVEN GAVE US SOME SPOT REMOVER THAT WORKS WONDERFULLY. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE TIMELY & FAST (ALL WORK DONE IN 1 HOUR). VINCE WAS HELPFUL AND OVERALL EVERYTHING TURNED OUT WELL.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, IN FACT EARLY, AND MY CARPETS ARE NOW VERY CLEAN,(IT HAD BEEN 2 YEARS). EVEN PLACES WHERE THE DOG HAD GOTTEN SICK AND SOME PAINT HAD SPILLED, WERE GOTTEN CLEAN. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN NEXT TIME.
