The price was for three areas and two hallways. They were very courteous and respectful to my property.

Absolutely an excellent experience from the initial e-mail, phone calls to the finish. They return communications promptly and do what they say they'll do an in a timely manner. Vince (the owner) called the day before (on Memorial Day) to re-confirm the time slot window appointment (i.e. 2 hrs.). In fact, they had called the day of (at 7:30 am) and asked if they could come earlier 09:00 - 10:00 time frame which was my original request anyway. Even better! Reasonably fair prices, very nice cleaning job and very reliable. The whole thing had taken only 20 minutes between him and his son Tony. All I can say is hire them without any hestitations. They're truly a class act.

They were pleasant and very cautious to ensure nothing was tracked through the rest of our home. Upon their arrival, we had described some problems with the carpet having retained ground in dirt almost immediately upon installation. This ground in dirt was very evident in the traffic areas of both rooms. Although the carpets were both much cleaner after the work was done, the stains are still very evident. We did not notice until we were able to walk on the carpet hours after the cleaning team had left, and we did not follow-up with them afterward about the remaining problem. It just would have been nice if they had applied a little extra effort to remove the stains knowing we had this problem at the start.

They were terrific. Setting up the appointment was easy, they arrived on time, and were done in less than a half hour. The carpet was almost completely dry as they left and was ready to walk on in about two hours. They were friendly and professional and the carpet looks great. I will definitely use their services again.

They arrived within the stated window of time and cleaned up after themselves where any snow was tracked in. Vince was very easy to work with, very friendly, but not intrusive.

Vince and his son were terrific! They were very upfront about the prices and services. They weren't sure if they'd be able to clean the rugs and sofa until they saw them in person, but scheduled the day so they could do them in one appointment. The rugs and carpet were cleaned, groomed, and scotchguarded, and the chair and sofa were cleaned and scotchguarded as well. Everything looks terrific!! We plan on having them back in the spring to clean another slipcover for the sofa!

Excellent!!! Vince arrived on time. He looked at what needed to be done and completed it in a professional manner. My home was not left WET like other carpet cleaning companies leave your home. This is the first time I have used this business, but I will use it again. The cost for cleaning was much less than the big companies. I have never used a business from Angie's list in the past, I have only used them for research on other companies. I will not hesitate to use the companies listed on Angie's List especially Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning, Inc. Thanks.

I called and was able to get an appointment for the day I wanted. I was given a price for the work and told that the exact price would be determined once they got to the house and before any work was done. The final amount was exactly what was quoted plus the additional for two rooms of carpet protector requested at the time of the job. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and they were able to get most of the spots out. We are pleased with the result.

It went great. They came on time. They work extra hard and where gone in about an hour.

The cleaning went really well, and really quickly. The smaller spots came out and one large stain came out 95%, which I am satisfied with.

After researching Angie's list, I chose Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaners. The owner gave me an estimate over the phone, but it was changed when he arrive (right on time!) because I neglected to tell him we had a large sectional (not one couch as I told him over the phone). He and his son arrived right on time and spent 2.5 hours cleaning our extremely dirty carpet and sectional. Very friendly, honest and what hard workers! Wonderful experience.

Called the night before to give me a more precise time frame for appointment. They were prompt, efficient, very professional and friendly.

HE WAS PROMPT, AND WAS NOT OVERLY PRICED. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CLEANED THE LIVING ROOM, HALLWAY, DINING ROOM, AND STAIRWAY. HE ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE BEFORE HE STARTED THAT WAS WHAT I ENDED UP PAYING.

Great response - owner came out with his son. Brought a fan to help dry the carpet. Very invested into how things turned out.

They did very well. Vince and his employee showed up on time and were fast, courteous, and thorough. There wasn't a great deal of stains or and excess of dirty areas on the carpets, but those that existed were cleaned to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the work that was done.

Frankly, I expected much better, given all their great reports on the List. They called the night before to give me a time, then left a message the next morning to push the time back, because ''you know how it is.'' I specifically asked them to focus on some pet stains. They failed to give these areas any extra attention, to the point of failing to open a closet door, even though the stain clearly went under the door. All in all, I was very disappointed.

MFCC arrived as promised and were efficient and courteous.

Vince and Tony were actually 10 minutes early. They called the night before to confirm and give me a time frame, which was only 1 hour. Nice not to be stuck waiting for 2 -4 hours. They were polite and did a nice job. He made suggestions on spot cleaning. Was happy with the overall experience.

They responded immediately to our request for an estimate for service; I received a quote over the phone with the verbal statement that the final bill would probably be less (it was even after adding the hallway). They arrived on time, were very courteous, and did an excellent job. It is nice working with the owner and his son.
