Vince and Tony arrived exactly on time. After a quick review of the areas to be cleaned along with the spots I'd hoped could be removed, they got started. They were done in less than 1.5 hours. The carpet looks great. They left a free bottle of cleaning solution for use between now and the next time I have my carpets cleaned. I'd definitely have them back again.

I hired Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning Inc. to do a wet clean on my carpets. They did an outstanding job on my carpets without causing any damage. I would use them again when needed.

Our dog had been sick and vomiting on carpeting recently and everything came out and odor is gone.

I e-mailed Vince to explain my story that another company had cleaned my white love seat and sofa and it still looked very dingy. I even had the other company back and look at it and they said there was nothing they could do about it, as the pieces were 24 years old and I shouldn't expect too much. I asked Vince if he would be willing to give it a try. He got back to me right away and we scheduled an appointment. Vince and his son were on time and very professional. He showed me on one cushion when he was half done how much cleaner and brighter it was than before. I was very pleased with their work and would certainly hire them again. My sofa and love seat look great. I had not even thought to ask how much it was going to cost but thought the price was fair. As an Angie's List member, he offered me a choice of 5% discount, 1 free room of carpet cleaning, 1 free chair cleaning or no extra charge for loose back cushions.

Everything went very well. They are very responsive and easy to schedule with.

Vince suggested deodorizing the basement for animal smell. It has been 2 weeks and the smell has not returned. He said they would know if the upstairs needed deodorizing when they started cleaning, rather than trying to sell the deodorizing when it might not have been needed. Carpets looked great when they were finished. They were very cordial, professional and informative.

They did a fabulous job. They did our living room, hallway and recreation room. It almost looks brand new. They were very nice to deal with.

This is the second time that they came and I think that they are wonderful. The quality of work is good and they clean my carpets well. They are very responsive and prompt. I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.

Vince and his helper are always punctual, dependable and do a great job. They work extra hard on any stains, which in my case has included cat urine, overflow from a Christmas tree stand, squashed ladybugs, etc. Vince always points out that since my carpets are older, there's only so much he can do in certain areas of heavy wear. I appreciate his honesty. I have recommended his service to many friends, neighbors and even my parents. This company isn't the cheapest, but I feel that I always get what I pay for. I look forward to seeing Vince next year, if not before!

The carpet looks great and no more "doggy" odor.

I have newer carpeting and only wanted two small areas cleaned at my home. I was afraid the job might be too small but Vince said that was fine and it was done within a week. The cleaning for my business was scheduled for late on a Saturday afternoon (which I always appreciate) and once again I was very satisfied with the cleaning.

Everything was great! I was able to schedule at a time that was convenient for me, they showed up on time and finished in less than 2 hours. Tony is great to talk with and I learned some things about the carpet cleaning business. I will definitely use them any time I need my carpets cleaned.

Vince said they would be here at 8:00 am. They were! They were finished in about an hour. Every stain is gone and the carpet looks new. Vince said some pet stains could wick and show again up to two weeks after the cleaning. If that happened, I was to call him and he would take care of it with no additional fee. It didn't happen, but it was nice of him to offer to come back if needed. I would definitely call this company again. The two men who came to my home did a great job.

From first to last, my experience with this company was GREAT. My initial telephone call was promptly answered; I was given an accurate estimate of the cost for the service, and given a choice of dates for the cleaning. The cleaners arrived right on the dot and completed the work in less than an hour. The carpets look and feel clean-a real plus because I've recently had a plumber and carpenter remodeling a bathroom, creating considerable amounts of dust.

Our overall experience was great. Our carpet was very stained and my expectations were low. All the stains were gone and the cushions on our rocking chair look almost new. They also sold us their stain remover and it works great. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them and they were prompt and the work was quality.

I was very pleased with Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning from my first phone call through service. I called early in the week and an appointment was scheduled for later in the week - much quicker than I had expected. I spoke with Vince and he told me he would follow up with a phone call on Thursday to confirm arrival time on Friday - which he did. They were prompt, quick and quiet - my husband sleeps as he works 3rd shift and their equipment was so quiet he slept right through it. Also - my carpet was dry by the end of the day - and the carpet looks great! I have 3 children and we "live" in the living room so there had been a lot of spills, etc - the carpet looks great. Vince was open to questions and had helpful suggestions for me. I will definitely have them back again for my next service.

They did an incredible job. Most of the carpet looks brand new. I was really surprised that they were able to get out some pretty tough, ugly stains. Vince and his partner were friendly, efficient, and on time. I will definitely use them again for these reasons and also because we like to support small local businesses.

Arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and discussed in more detail what I wanted done. Then, cleaned the off white carpet in the great room along with the stairs, exercise room and hallway leading to the bedrooms. If any of the areas needed more than one cleaning, they proceeded to do so at no extra charge. I also had them spray a Teflon coating on the carpeting. Father and son were prompt and very professional. Off white carpet looked wonderful. I will definitely be hiring this company again to clean my carpeting. Highly recommended.

Great experience... they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in prior to having my furniture and boxes moved into the house. Very professional and courteous.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company. Vince gave me a ballpark estimate when I called to set the appointment and told me what things he would be unable to accurately estimate until he saw the furniture. He called the day before the appointment to remind me when and what time they'd arrive. They arrived on time, and Vince gave me a revised estimate based on the furniture I needed cleaned. He grouped the cleaning tasks in order to keep my cost as low as possible. He and son Tony worked quietly and did a beautiful job. They cleaned but did not charge me for cleaning a third rug in our living room an extra sofa cushion in the family room so that there would be no discrepancy in coloration between the cushions. I'd hire Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning again in a tick!

It was excellent, they were on time, we had specific concerns if the company could handle pet stains and odors. When I called I was speaking with the owner, he was very honest and open about what they could do with the problem. The price was very reasonable.

Fantastic! Though I was not home when the work was finished, my wife called to say how wonderful it looked.

Based on the list I called, they answered (no dreaded machine) had appointment set for four days later. They confirmed the night before with the time, arrived within appointed time, and efficiently and effectively completed the work.

If I could give an A+ on quality here, I would. My stairway carpet was hideously dirty from the traffic of 4 kids. I expected improvement, but he had it looking not just improved but close to new. Well, not close to new, but way closer than I expected him to be able to get it.
