Description of Work: They cleaned three areas of carpets: upstairs, downstairs, and the stairs. They were quick, thorough, reasonably priced, good communicators, and fairly accommodating. We live on a densely populated city street. They weren't able to get parking in front of our house, which is necessary to run the hose. However, after a couple attempts they made it work. They were in and out in about 40 minutes. The carpets looked great. We'll definitely use this company annually.
