He spent about an hour working on the mower and was able to get it running, then had to take it to the shop for further analysis. They called back with an estimate which was more than I wanted to pay considering the age of the mower. The bill for their work was as expected and they disposed of the mower for me.

GREAT! They came to my house and did a great tune-up, cleaning, etc. job on my garden tractor and push mower. I forgot about the weed eater. Also, I used the push mower a few days later and made the mistake of tilting it to see how much grass was caught underneath. This got oil into the cylinder and it wouldn't stop smoking. So I called Maintenance on the Move and left a message asking them if I could stop by their headquarters and drop off my push mower and weed eater there and asked if this would get the tune-up on the weed eater and diagnosis of the push mower done at an earlier date than if they came out to my house. Kim called me back the same day, at 7:00 p.m.. She was finishing up her call-backs (impressive). She said that if I brought my equipment to their location it would get looked at sooner. This was good news to me because we are trying to sell our house and have to keep the lawn trimmed at all times. The next day I drove over to Menomonee Falls from Franklin and dropped off my lawn equipment. Kim and one of the guys helped me unload it and listened to my story about the push mower. They said that all it probably would need was to run for 20 minutes and they had a strap they could put on the handle to keep it running. I said that I would come back after visiting a friend. I came back about an hour later and not only was my lawn mower running well but the weed eater was tuned up too. They only charged me $20 for the work on this trip. On top of that, they didn't need me to pay on the spot but said they would add it to the first bill that they would be mailing to me. Are these guys GREAT or what?

I called Maintenance on the Move and they came to my house within 24 hours. They diagnosed that the carburetor need to be replaced, but would have to take the snow blower with them as the part would have to be ordered. The new carburetor was installed and the snow blow was tuned. When returned, the snow blower started easily and ran smoothly.

All went well. They were on time, did a good job tuning up the tractor and the price was the lowest of the estimates I had.

Perfect. Emptied old gas and oil, changed blades and mower started (and no problems since).

They were prompt, courteous and performed the service requested. They even pointed out that the drive cord needed to be placed.

I called maintenance on the move on the Friday of memorial day weekend. I left a message and my surprise I got a call back within 15 minutes. They were able to come out early the next week and repair my lawn more for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

It went great. Someone came out to my house with a huge truck. This serves as their mobile work shop. He loaded my mower up and did the tune up. They didn't have the air filter in stock at the time, so someone brought it out a few days later.

The Maintenance on the Move team were wonderful. They were very courteous, had great communication, and affordable. It was convenient for the team to come to our door. I would ONLY consider this company to service my snow blower and lawnmower. Thanks for all of your help. We will call you next season for another tune up.

Smooothly. Garrett returned my call promptly. I dropped off some broken parts which he identified, ordered, and assembled for me. This was all done quickly enough so I didn't even miss a mowing. This is the second time he's helped me out and I certainly will contact him again.

I can't say enough good things about Maintenance On The Move. Right from the start Garrett was timely in returning my call and scheduling an appointment that fit my schedule. What a better way to have a repair done than to have a mobile repair shop come to you? All of the work was performed in their mobile truck maintenance shop, quickly and effectively, After they left, I had an issue with belt slippage due to the age of the mower and sizing the belt. Mike, the tech was back at my home within about 20 minutes and went out of the way to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the repair. Garrett also called me to follow up on the return visit to make sure that I was satisfied. A truly refreshing experience in having a repair done and with some friendly service oriented people! i can't recommend them enough.

I was maintenace on the move for my John Deere riding lawnmower. The service was was quick and professional, Garret the owner called couple time to follow and to make sure that I am satisfied with the repair.I definitely will use their service again and will recommend them to my friends.

Maintenance on the Move did an excellent job on the repair. My Honda HS928 snowblower (hydrostatic transmission, track wheels) started leaking transmission fluid. They transported it back to the shop, fixed the leak (bad seal), tuned it up, and returned it. The price was reasonable and actually less than the original quote. Most important, the snowblower is working well. They had it for less than two weeks and made sure to get it back to me before the first snowfall, which is good turn-around, especially this time of year. Overall, they did an excellent job and were very customer friendly. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled the appointment with Garrett who was professional and responsive on the phone. Mike performed the work at my home, calling 15 mins before arriving at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. Mike came with a truck loaded with parts (if needed) and it also afforded him a place to work if the weather was bad. Mike called to get permission for some extra work needed to make one of the mowers operational and called again to let me know the work was complete. I felt I received good value vs cost.

Garrett the owner was very professional and did a follow up to my email inquiry. Gave me all the particulars and quoted me a few very reasonable prices. A few days later (as promised) Mike arrived and concluded he needed to take the mower back to the shop (no extra charge). Garret called with a complete assessment and he was very informative. I needed a heavy duty, yet part specific belt and I had a leaky front tire in which he suggested putting in a tube. A few days later the mower came back as promised (Mike called ahead) and it runs like new and the blades are as sharp as ever (big difference). Excellent Team!
