They did a fantastic job of cleaning. I have had a few places before and they were lousy. This was a fantastic experience.

We hired MaidBrite to clean our 3400 square foot, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedroom home. I hired them based on Ericka's detailed presentation- she came out to the house and spent nearly an hour giving me an estimate and telling me about her company philosophy and services. I was really happy to hear how her employees are rewarded for exceptional work and how selective she is. I also thought $143 was quite reasonable for a house our size, considering they send 4 people out to clean each time. I would have expected to pay that much for one person. The initial cleaning was $300. The crew of 4 was probably there for 4-5 hours. The house wasn't even this clean when we first moved in! The first floor consists of almost entirely hardwood floors; they cleaned them by hand, and they look brand-new again. I really could not find anything that they missed, and they cleaned lots of areas that I never would have gotten to myself (for example, on top of the kitchen cabinets). They cleaned each knickknack individually-again, something that I never managed to do. They did an amazing job, especially considering we have a 4 year-old, a 2-year-old, and 2 cats. The house was so beautiful that we almost wanted to live in the garage so we didn't mess it up! My husband had been skeptical about hiring a service regularly, but after the first cleaning he was happy to have them come every 2 weeks. This is far and away the best cleaning service I've ever had.

They did very well. They were very professional. She had a easy to read billing service. They are competitive at pricing. I got them because they are a Christian based company. I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I spent $130 every two weeks.

The team came 1-1/2 hours late, but got to work immediately and worked efficiently. Overall, the cleaning was excellent. There were a couple of things not done that I normally do (dusting door panels, a shelf in the laundry room, etc.) but these were minor. The bathrooms and kitchen were especially well done.

They are pleasant. They are considerate of the dogs. They are good at cancellations when we are out of time. They don't penalize us for that. The office has been good about contacting us about when they are coming. I have been pleased with their work. They do clean the floor, not just mopping, which the other company that I used before did not do. They get down on the floor to really clean the ceramic tile. They even take off their shoes. They also want feedback. I think their business treats their employees fairly. I am pleased with them and I appreciate the recommendation from Angie's List. Every time they come we fill out a little card about how we like the service in each room. The price is for a ranch style house with three bedrooms, three baths, large family room, living room, dining room, and den.

Ericka is very professional in her approach to her business. She is very concerned about the quality of her teams and has developed an effective rating system which results in additional compensation to teams who do excellent work. My initial meeting with her was very impressive and I have continued to be very happy with the bi-weekly cleanings. The cost is slightly higher than other services I have used, but the quality shows. The initial cleaning was extremely thorough. The team consists of 3-4 people who each focus on one room (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) or team up to complete the work in a timely manner. My initial cleaning was in February and I continue to be a very satisfied customer.

I've had a couple of cleanings now and each time I've found the team to be very courteous and professional each time. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work performed. I had a special request for them to work in my first cleaning prior to when they actually had availability in their schedule, and they were able to accommodate.

Their initial visit was a 'deep cleaning' where they cleaned and organized the entire house for a larger fee. Now they clean weekly.

They clean our 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse which is on three levels with a basement exercise/rec room. The work done is usually excellent, and as they ask for constant feedback, if something is not done correctly they will correct it. I have tried others and am grateful for Maid Brite.

Of the three companies I requested estimates from, Ericka was the only one that requested a personal in-house estimate. She was very professional and kind and empathized with our current situation of two full-time working parents of two kids. She worked with us, given a limited budget. The work performed was excellent, even as far as cleaning the push-buttons on my 1950's stove/oven. The cleaning lady I worked with previously did not compare with the details Maid Brite was able to accomplish in one visit.

Excellent job! I was not even there to supervise and I was really impressed when I walked through the front door! Everything was sparkling clean and smelled fresh. The hardwood floors were gleaming and the granite countertops were spotless. I would recommend this cleaning service without reservation!

Great. Erica was great to work with to set up. They are our fourth cleaners. We have lost two to retirement and one to legal issues. They have a different approach then other cleaners. They come in to do a 1 time spring clean taking twice as long then bi weekly cleaning after that. Very through, cleaned bathroom vents in the ceiling. Other places that I knew was dirty, but the last two cleaners did not even notice. Very nice attention to detail. Price for one time cleaning was $275. Bi weekly cleaning is $118.
