It was a good experience. The owner came to the house to explain their services and how her company works and was extremely thorough and professional. The day of the service they called to let us know what time they would be there and they were on time. They did an excellent job cleaning and I'm very picky. I have decided to use them for bimonthly cleaning.

Crews are great, but scheduling is difficult sometimes, especially if you live farther away from Mequon. They only get to Waukesha on certain days of certain weeks, so I've had to adapt to their schedule rather than getting service on the days I really wanted it. At times they are able to reschedule our home for "close" to a day I need, but I was used to a service who came whenever I needed them, even weekends, so this is a little bit of a downside for me. It would be really great if MaidBrite could add Saturday hours to their service, since weekends are when most people have company. Having children and a husband, I need the house cleaned on the exact day we're having a party or guests (otherwise it's practically trashed the very next day). Having said that, MaidBrite does do a pretty good job, and fast (with a crew of four or five women, who are always very friendly, professional and efficient). As one other reviewer said though, some spots are not done as perfectly as I would like ... but if you let them know, the next time they will pay special attention to it.

The first crew was exceptional and I was very happy with the services at that time. The second crew was not as thorough. Things were left unaddressed that should have been cleaned. I spoke with the owner who actually sent one of the workers back to complete it to my satisfaction. I appreciated the follow up but it still was less then complete. I would most likely not work with them again.

Ericka Sanchez, the owner, is very personable and instills confidence in the services her company provides. Michelle, the office contact, was very communicative and followed up to keep me informed about my first service and the subsequent schedule. A crew of four arrived just when they said they would on the day of the initial clean. They brought all the rags, cleaning supplies, vacuums, etc. Each crew has a Supervisor and the individuals are specialists, according to Ericka. Kitchen specialists do kitchens, and Irma had my appliances looking brand new. Bath specialists, likewise, focut on baths and Anita did a great job, too. Margarita and Angelica did the general cleaning of the other living areas of the house. They were here about four hours and I was very pleased with how my home looked at the end of the day. One of the things I liked the best was that they hand-wash the floors. Yes! Down on the floor washing, just like I would do it. They were not bothered by the dogs, though we plan for them to be out of the house on our regular cleaning day. I wish I had taken Spanish, instead of German, because that was the only area I felt a little hesitation. I was describing what I would like them to do, in case they arrive and the dogs do happen to be here, but the communication with the Supervisor was a little difficult. I brought this up with Michelle, when she called to follow up on the job the next day. I hope that the periodic visits go as well as this one did.

The MaidBrite team has been cleaning for me for over 2 years now and I am as happy today as I was 2 years ago. The team is very professional, trustworthy, and does a great job. Only once in 2 years have I had to call Erika and she was very quick to respond and went our of her way to correct what was a very minor comment.

They call in the morning with the time they will be there. They are always on time. They clean very thoroughly and are gone in an hour to hour and half. They leave us a card so we may rate how well they clean and where they could improve. They have great benefits within their company that the owner will explain to you personally as she comes out to your house to estimate the costs. Great company!

We have been using Maidbrite for the last year or so, and we are thrilled with the service they provide. They are the best cleaning company we have ever used. They are professional, punctual and deliver a consistently excellent service each time. They clearly communicate their cleaning process and the extras they will do each week. They do an excellent job of tracking customer satisfaction through a feedback card to complete after each visit. We could not be more pleased with their work.

My life has been chaotic lately with working full-time, attending graduate school full-time and caring for my parents. My house was showing the chaos in that I had no time to clean it in the way that I was accustomed to. While I was embarrassed to admit I needed the help, and even more embarrassed to allow "strangers" in my home, MaidBrite made the experience very easy. I called and an appointment was set up for the following week. I didn't need to take time off from work, they would let themselves in. I was instructed to leave a priority list of areas in the order that I wanted done. I had contracted for 4 woman to work for 2 hours. When I returned home from work that evening it was glorious to enter into my beautifully clean home. I almost didn't recognize it. They completed every area in my condo. There was no dust on the baseboards, even behind the furniture. All of the glass was sparkling. I felt like a queen. I am considering hiring them on a regular basis now. It was a wonderful way to care for myself.

From start to finish, this has been a fantastic company to work with. The owner is prompt and responsive to questions and concerns. The gals do a fabulous job cleaning at each visit. While their price may not be the cheapest compared to other companies, I do feel the service they provide far exceeds those that would be received elsewhere.

We were looking for a cleaning service to clean our apartment after we moved out and couldn't be bothered to do it ourselves as we were preparing for a cross-state move. I contacted Maidbrite and they called me back, providing their rates and travel fee. We opted to have 3 members of their staff come to our apt to clean for a collective 6 hours (2 hours for each staff member). They cleaned after we had already moved, so I asked them to stop by our apartment office to be let into the unit. Later that week I came back to pick up a package and check out their work and it was flawless!

Gets the basics done competently, though in some areas not as well or as throughly as I would do myself. I've never met or spoken any of the cleaning crew, since I am at work while they are doing the cleaning. However, the office staff are helpful, friendly and prompt about returning phone calls. They seem very organized and pretty flexible about scheduling with a bit of advance notice. For example, they took the initiative to contact me six weeks in advance to re-schedule my routine cleaning session which happens to fall on Thanksgiving Day.

They pays attention to details and did a thorough clean. The clean job is great. The crew came as five, 3 of them are efficient, two of them are very slow. They also talk too much. I didn't anticipate it ended up 5 hours work

Fabulous job! 5 women cleaned my home while I was at work - when I cam home everthing was sparkling and smelled so fresh! Careful, trustworthy, skilled women who took their work seriously and made my life a whole lot easier.

I didn't like them at all. They talked to me about the service, and before I knew it they talked me into a monthly contract. I didn't want that, I just wanted a one time thing. When it came down to actually scheduling it I told her I could only do it after 3:00. At first she told me that it would be okay, and then when it came down to it it was a problem. They were pushy. After making phone calls back and forth for a while and trying to set something up, finally I just said I didn't want to do it. I didn't think the price was very good. They wanted to charge me a lot more than the other quote I received. The promptness was horrible! She was punctual when she came to gave me a quote, but not when I wanted the work done. She was very professional.

Profesionalism is just the beginning. Ericka, the owner, came to our house and went over all the different options and recommended the best routine cleaning schedule for us. Her visit included a walk through of the house but also a presentation on what the business is about. From this and their services, you can see why they are rated so high on Angie's list. She set the consultation appointment with us within a couple days of when we called. Also, the first cleaning was within a week. The date and service price listed here is for the initial extremely thorough cleaning that they do the first time around. After that, Ericka will set up a schedule with you to keep the home clean. She is about keeping someone's business and not about making the most money around. The cleaning staff is very professional as well. They have made about 3 or 4 trips to our house as we have set up a cleaning for them to visit every 3 weeks. The price for this, again, which is different than the amount spent listed above for the first time cleaning, was very competitive from what we had seen. It is very close to what we paid when we lived in Indiana where the cost of living is much lower. The staff shows up and it is a whirlwind of cleaning. They split up the house and just go to cleaning. We have a two story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. They are done in about an hour. Don't think that just because they are so quick, they are missing anything. I am impressed everytime. I am anxious to get home from work after I know they were there during the day to visit my very clean house. Just profesionalism all around. They call ahead everytime to confirm the time they are coming works best for us. You might not need all of the courtesy and extras they provide. You may just want someone to come in and clean and do a decent job. You will get above and beyond this with Maidbrite for the same price. You can't go wrong. I can't capture everything in this review but just set up an appointment and evaluate for yourself.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were punctual, hard working, thorough and cooperative. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have used Maidbrite for over 7 months now and they continue to do an excellent job every time they clean. Our home has never been cleaner and I have not noticed any drop off in quality (our experience with every other previous cleaning person/service we used).

The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and professional. They quoted me $27 per man hour with a 4 hr minimum, plus a $30 travel fee. She didn't ask the location of my properties, and their profile with Angie's List specifically says they do not charge a travel fee. I am not going to use their services because of this conflict.

They are good. The quality of work is good and I give them high ratings. I will continue to use their services.

They worked as a team, communicated well. Were professional in every way. Ericka encourages a DEEP clean for the first trip, so the cost looks high, but it's not too bad. Yes, I could do it myself, but what am I working so hard for if I can't have someone else do the stuff I hate? Because my house is not that large or complcated it's then $111 per month for 1X per month for 6 months and re-evalulate after that.

I was very impressed with all of the team. They worked well together and our home has never been so clean. I joked that we could eat off the floors it was so sanitary. They were professional, yet friendly. If they had a question, they asked. I was impressed by how hard working they were and how they paid attention to detail. I am looking forward to our next cleaning.

Maid Brite has several packages to suit different needs. I didn't want the whole house cleaned, just the rooms mentioned. Four very industrious women worked for an hour to clean these areas and I am very pleased with the results. Rooms are much cleaner than I can get them, and everything smells great. The price was $27 per woman per hour & $30 travel charge. Will definitely hire again.

They are so nice. Michelle is great with accommodating my schedule. They do a very good and thorough job.

We have been using MaidBrite for a couple months now. We could not be happier. The initial visit was a little more expensive because the house was cleaned very thoroughly. Subsequent visits are less costly. Whenever we come home from work after they clean the house smells great, the floors and carpets are clean, the bathrooms look great, and everything is dusted. Since we have a smaller house with no kids or pets, the rates are reasonable too, and we checked around. Would recommend to anyone.
