Good to Fair, had to ask to come back to clean floors multiple times.

The cleaning itself is generally quite good! Unfortunately I've had numerous things broken like a ceiling light which was shattered, a threshold where the veneer was severely chipped, and several smaller items that were broken. It wouldn't have been as big an issue but. never once was there a note that the damage had happened which bothered me a great deal. The biggest problem is the indifference of office staff when there are problems. Most recently nobody showed up for a MArch 1 cleaning. I had my dogs crated for almost 12 hours so that MaidBrite could clean but nobody showed up when I was at work or after I came home to give the dogs a break before putting them back in crates so I could go to my doctor's appointment. I left a voicemail that night asking someone to get in touch with me because I was upset. It's March 10 and still no response. This is typical, I've found. Very difficult to get follow through.

On their first cleaning, they were very courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job, very thorough cleaning. But unfortunately, they broke my medicine cabinet mirror door (an antique). I was immediately notified and they told me they would cover the damages. The only upsetting thing is that we had to redo the entire medicine cabinet since they don't make that one any more (that is, brake walls, reconnect wires, etc. a mini remodeling). Not happy about that part. On their second visit they broke a garden light on their way out. A little bit upsetting to get two things broken on every visit so far. But, they did do an excellent cleaning job, so I talked to their manager who was always so nice and understanding and decided to give them another try. It was all fine after that but on their fourth visit, after they left I noticed one of my framed artworks wasn't proper on the wall, so I went to fix it and it fell down. It was broken and they put it back without telling me, so I was extremely unhappy. Called the office, talked to the manager who apologized and was very understanding and asked me for another try with a different team. So I said okay! One more try since I believe people deserve a chance. A new team along and this time a different picture frame was out of place and the same thing had happened (by the way, these are professionally done framing, so I know the frames had nothing wrong with them). I got tired of it all and just gave up. The cleaning was always great, but they all had very heavy hands and I found them to be oblivious to the care certain things need to have. If you are not careful it will brake.

Maidbrite came and did a deep clean for us and then have been cleaning every 2 weeks. They have done an awesome job! My wife keeps commenting, "It's like we have a new home!" The crew is very professional and efficient when they come to the house. Our house is absolutely spotless!

We have been using their services for about two years. I have been happy with their service. They are very conscientious. I have never had a problem.

I'm now on month 2 of my monthly cleanings. I have never used a housecleaning service before and it has been a joy! Great folks and great service.

Erica (owner) provided me with her background and business philosophy...she is to be commended and admired for her success. She provided me with an immediate quote and told me there was a several week waiting period for the deep cleaning. Her respect for her workers, high standards, and charitable spirit sold me. Her price is a bit higher than I paid with another service I found on Angie's list, but the service is also more than a notch higher! The extra attention to detail is worth every penny. They currently come every other week and some of the rooms are on a rotation since they are seldom used.

They come every week. We have used them for about 3 years now. Their rates are competitive and do a good job. They are always willing to come back if need be.

I got them from Angie's List. I've actually tried other house cleaners. They clean our house better. They do an amazing, amazing very thorough job. I like that's there's a team of 4 to 5 women and they're done with our house in less than an hour. They're incredible. If you have a team like that, they're a little higher. I would use them in the future. They come every two weeks.

I've been using them for over a year. They are very good, they're very reliable. Sometimes I have to remind them of things. If there's a change of personnel there can be changes. The person who is doing the bathroom has changed and they're not doing such a good job. They do change when I call them on something.

Cleaning has been performed every two weeks for the past year and a half, and the only reason we are stopping the service is due to relocation! Carmen was the team supervisor, and is stellar in efforts to please her customers, and works very hard at understanding exactly what is needed. We continue to get compliments from visitors on how clean our home is. I've recommended Maidbrite to a close personal friend, and she is amazed at the service. Maidbrite allowed me and my family to thoroughly enjoy our home without the burden of cleaning. Thank you Ericka, Carmen, and team! If having a spotless home isn't enough, Maidbrite uses a portion of their profits to support a non-profit in Costa Rica, demonstrating a rare social commitment.

They clean the floor, bathrooms, cleaning the counter tops, and vacuuming. I found them on Angie’s list. I have been satisfied with the work they do. They have been very good for a long time. I have used them for more than three years.

Maid Brite is a great housecleaning service company. They do a great job. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are very nice people but I was not too thrilled about how they cleaned our floors. They cleaned the floors by hand which seemed to not clean up everything, I would still find food beneath the table. I think this may be because of the staffing since multiple new people were being trained.

For the initial quote the owner comes out and does a consultation, going through her business philosophy, operations methods, staffing, etc. Staff are trained to specialize in certain areas, and it shows in our kitchen, at least. It seems that she runs a very fair business and actively seeks feedback. The first cleaning is more expensive and is meant as a sort of "resetting" of your house to a basic cleanliness level. It was amazing, far surpassing my expectations. Since then, the cleanings have been very good. I am particularly impressed with the work in the kitchen. We are terribly messy cooks and the stove is always a mess, but every four weeks the burners are *spotless*. Garbage cans through the house are not just emptied, they are cleaned. The attention to detail is wonderful. We had another company come to clean with a Groupon discount, and there was a clear difference in the quality of the work. There have been a few times we've needed to reschedule our cleaning at the last minute. The new date is usually about a week out, but they are very accomodating about finding a date that works and communicating with me. Whenever I've been home or stopped in while they're cleaning the ladies are very polite, though communication is sometimes difficult (I believe English is a second language for many of them). Overall we are very happy with the service. It costs more than I would like, but at the same time I definitely feel like the quality is worth it and that it is supporting a very strong and fair small business. I only wish I could afford more frequent cleanings!

This company is about 40% less expensive than a franchise service I used before. Their work is so much better I am stunned every time they come. (Every other week). They send 3-4 people and spend the same amount of time as the other company did sending one person. I would say my house is 3-4 x cleaner. I am sooooooo pleased!

The owner was very courteous and professional and had a very convincing sales pitch. We were enthused that it was a Christian company because we shared the same worldviews. We received a quote of a high price for the first cleaning, then $114 per visit for each subsequent cleaning. At the sales-pitch meeting, we expressed how one of the largest things we needed done were window cleanings - between the glass and the screens there was a build up of dirt. We were told that it would be addressed at the first cleaning and after that there would be an extra hourly rate we'd have to pay as well if we wanted that task done regularly. We were okay with that. BUT, at the first cleaning, they didn't clean the windows. When I called to ask what had happened to the plan/agreement, I was told that they would have to do it on the next cleaning and that we would have to pay an hourly rate for it. = Disappointment #1. Disappointment #2 = They state, in writing, that if they use our cleaning products, they are not responsible for the results if something is damaged. Well, this, I thought, implied that if they used their cleaning products that they would be responsible if something was damaged. This does not seem to be necessarily true. On our first cleaning, our 1 year old (freshly installed as a perk to sell the house with) over the range microwave was really scratched up. I called to ask what they could do about it and told that the owner was out of the country for a few weeks but that she would either come view the damage and make a decision before my next cleaning or that she would actually attend my next cleaning. The next cleaning came and went... and no further communication on our issue. Disappointment #3 = At that 2nd cleaning, they then caused the same type of damage to the viewing area (where you read the temperature and the oven settings) on our stove. I again, called to ask them to look at the damage. Was told that the owner would contact me to come see it. I never heard from her - even after the third cleaning came and went. Disappointment #4 - I alerted the company that I needed to know what time they would be arriving each time they came to clean because I needed to arrange to get my dogs and children out of the house. Even though I phoned the company the morning of the cleaning each time, the estimate was never right. For example, on the third cleaning, I phoned to get the time so that I could empty the house of its inhabitants at that time, and was told (times may not be exactly accurate) that they would come between 2pm and 3pm --- but then they arrived over 30 minutes early - here I am half-dressed and having to usher kids and dogs out side while maids stream in. It was very inconvenient. I understand that things happen - but they should have either stayed within the window they declared, or phoned ahead to give me a heads up. Disappointment #5 - There were items checked off at cleanings 2 and 3 that never got cleaned. For example, we have all leather furniture. A child spilled milk down one of the arms of the sofa and a drip had been left - leaving a big white streak down the arm of the sofa. I didn't bother to clean it when I saw it because I "knew" the maids would address it. (sorry to sound like a pig here - there's a reason I needed a maid!) The next day when the maids came, they certainly could not have cleaned it - because when I returned to the house - AFTER their cleaning but BEFORE bringing the kids in, the furniture still had the smears and drips. Overall - in an ideal world - it would have been a great cleaning company to go with. In the end, however, I felt like my money was paid in and I didn't receive the service I expected nor the attention to my concerns I deserved - especially when my property was damaged. They never even came to evaluate the situation.

It's ongoing. They are prompt. They get the job done quickly. They do a good job. The job went well overall. The house is clean. It wasn't when they did it. They were pretty competitive on the price.

I have used them for years. We love them. They do a great job. The people that are here from the company are usually the same people. They are very friendly and we like them a lot. Every time they come, they give you a service card and you can rate how well they did. Some of their pay comes from their rating so they have a great incentive system for them to do a good job. We have used them probably for four years or so. We have rarely ever had anything not perfect. When we have had some reason to call, we have called and they have usually very promptly come back and fixed it. They are coming on Thursday. We will use them again in the future.

It was the first time cleaning. As soon as they were in the house, each person went to work. I left to do my errands. When I returned I was so happy to walk into such a clean home! I have told so many friends about them.

Maidbrite came in and did a one time overall cleaning of my condo, and it looks great! they cleaned my kitchen, 1.5 baths, 1 bedroom, and living/dining room. I have no idea if it actually took the 4 hour minimum, but it was worth it.
